With the increase of local conflicts around the world,the bottom of tactical vehicles often faces the threat of shock waves and fragments on the battlefield.At present,the research on the protection of the bottom of vehicles under the coupling effect of shock waves and fragments is at a blank stage,the related research needs to be carried out.This article takes a certain type of tactical vehicle as the research object,the research of its bottom protection structure in the explosive environment of the prefabricated fragment warhead is carried out,and the law of the influence of structure parameters on its protection performance is obtained.Finally,through optimized design,the vehicle quality is reduced while meeting the protection requirements.Firstly,the accuracy of the finite element model and simulation method was verified through theoretical deduction and experimental verification.Secondly,the IX-type bottom protection structure was designed according to the requirements of vehicle bottom protection,and research on the response of the under-protection structure under the shock wave alone,fragments alone,and shock waves and fragments combined was carried out.At the same time,the morphological injury of the backplane,the peak displacement in the Z direction,the mass loss and the energy absorption of the sandwich panel were used as indicators to evaluate the protective performance of 5 typical protective structures,and it is concluded that the IX-type sandwich structure has excellent protective performance.Based on this,a parametric analysis of the structural parameters of the sandwich panel was carried out,the influence of the thickness of sandwich structure panel and back plate,cell width and sandwich layer height on its protective performance are obtained.Finally,with the mass of the sandwich structure and the peak displacement in the Z direction as the optimization goals,taking the thickness of the panel and the back plate and the height of the sandwich layer as the design variables,and the multiobjective optimization design of the sandwich protection structure is carried out.On the premise of ensuring the protective performance of the sandwich panel,the smallest quality protective structure solution is found.The research method of anti-impact armor structure in this paper provides research ideas for the improved design of modern bottom protection components,and provides certain theoretical guidance for the research of bottom protection technology under the coupling effect of shock waves and fragments.
