Research On The Communication Space Theory In The Optimization Design Of Overhead Floor In Residential Quarters

The pace of urban development is full of ambition,and with the rapid development of urbanization,some urban diseases that need to be solved urgently also appear: the urban pattern of high-rise buildings,fast-paced people coming and going,distant community life...an invisible wall has been erected between people.The progress of the times has gradually alienated and estranged us in reality,and the emotional maintenance between people is increasingly dependent on the supply of virtual networks.However,people are always the product of reality,and we will eventually return to reality.Therefore,reshaping the real communication space,recovering the original community relations between the former neighbors in ordinary daily life,and building a beautiful life scene are issues that we need to discuss.With the rapid development of urbanization,urban land is in short supply,and more and more residential quarters begin to adopt the form of overhead ground floor.Taking the small space like the overhead floor as the starting point,we can solve practical problems by designing the space and study the daily life in the city.Nowadays,developers set up overhead floors in residential quarters,the initial intention is to make residents have more available space and enrich their lives,but the fact is the opposite.In real life,a large number of overhead spaces are idle,and some become abandoned corners where debris is piled up.In order to enrich residents’ living space,it has been transformed into abandoned space,with extremely low utilization rate and no communication behavior.The research object of this paper is the overhead space on the ground floor of residential quarters.In order to improve the alienation of neighborhood relations in residential quarters and solve the waste of space resources caused by unreasonable design of overhead space,the stagnant state of neighborhood communication can be changed,the relationship between people can be connected by space,and the experience and quality of life of residential quarters can be improved.Based on the communication space as the basic theoretical support,this paper analyzes the types,behavioral needs and psychological needs of the main active people on the overhead floor,discusses the relationship between residents’ communication behavior and the space environment,and summarizes the principles and strategies of the renewal design of the overhead floor in residential quarters based on theoretical research and case analysis.Through the practical demonstration of the optimization design of the overhead floor in residential quarters in sichuan fine arts institute,it provides space design samples for studying the daily living space of cities and communities.Connecting the overhead space of residential quarters with the theory of communication space,this paper analyzes the needs of residents and considers the relationship between human activities and space in space,so as to promote the occurrence of residents’ communication behavior.Not only can idle and single-function spaces be utilized,but also spaces that meet the real social needs of different residents can be created,and the sense of depression brought by neglected spaces can be transformed into a sense of security and belonging,thus creating a more comfortable daily life space.
