With the continuous improvement of modern industrial system,the contradiction between the traditional working modes of the thermal energy industry and modernization requirements has gradually intensified.In the past,the business information of the thermal energy industry required manual on-site acquisition,making it difficult to monitor the status of equipment in real-time.This often resulted in problems such as energy supply and demand mismatch,as well as high thermal resource loss rate in the operation and maintenance process.Additionally,due to the complexity of thermal energy industry assets,companies face challenges in asset management such as difficult tracing,inventory,and high losses.To assist the thermal energy industry in resolving current issues and accelerate its transformational development,this thesis proposes a new generation information technology-based operations and maintenance management system for the thermal energy industry,which is designed based on the industrial internet organizational structure.The main work of this thesis includes:(1)Through research on the optimization of operation and maintenance management in the thermal energy industry and the current research status both domestically and internationally,this article expounds on the deficiencies in current operation and maintenance management in the thermal energy industry,summarizes the directions for optimizing operation and maintenance management,outlines the key technologies required to construct an intelligent system,and analyzes and demonstrates the necessity of conducting research on intelligent operation and maintenance management systems for the thermal energy industry.(2)Research has been conducted on a simplification algorithm for models based on quadratic error measurement,and four improvements have been made to the algorithm:setting an iteration threshold to increase the speed of the algorithm;extending the threedimensional coordinates in the quadratic error formula to five dimensions,adding texture coordinates based on geometric coordinates to improve the texture fitting of the model;modifying the collapse cost formula to consider the influence of the average approximate curvature and the average area of the first-order neighborhood on the simplification effect;introducing a mesh quality evaluation index and an error accumulation correction factor to improve the quality of mesh simplification and reduce cumulative simplification errors.The above improvements have been experimentally verified,and the results show that the improved algorithm has better model simplification effects.(3)Based on the requirements of the heating company,an intelligent operation and maintenance system has been constructed on a Browser/Server architecture basis.This system has utilized geographic information system technology to achieve information monitoring of the heating areas and pipelines.Real-time monitoring of the heating facilities’ operational status has been achieved through the combination of 3D modeling technology and sensor technology.Multi-level technology has been introduced to optimize the running speed of the 3D scene and improve the system’s practicality.Distributed Client/Server architecture has been introduced,and an intelligent asset management system has been built using automatic guided transport vehicles and radio frequency identification technology.Finally,a complete intelligent operation and maintenance management system has been constructed.(4)Conduct a trial operation of the operation and maintenance management system designed in this article to verify the convenience and advanced features of the intelligent operation and maintenance management system proposed in this thesis in practical applications.
