Research And Application Of Double Prevention System Construction And Prevention And Control Measures Evaluation In Large Shopping Malls

Shopping malls refers to the construction area of over 12000 m~2of comprehensive shopping center,are gathering places of shopping,entertainment,dining,and shopping malls with large population characteristics,easy cause group die group of injury,accident and due to its function,social factors such as geographic location,tend to cause bad influence to social stability and the government credibility.Therefore,this thesis takes the construction of dual prevention system of large shopping malls as the starting point,and studies the evaluation method of accident risk factors of large shopping malls and the related prevention and control measures of dual prevention system of shopping malls.First of all,based on the characteristics of large shopping malls,combined with the barrier principle,PDCA cycle principle of safety production and safety system engineering principle,this thesis divided the risk management plate of large shopping malls,and established the basic model of the double prevention system of large shopping malls according to the relevant theories of double prevention,and determined the basic process of the operation of the double prevention system of shopping malls.Then,according to the large market multiple,prone to accident of five types:fire,falls,elevator accidents,trample and collapse,a comprehensive analysis of risk of cause of the accident,according to the analytic hierarchy process to establish the evaluation index system of the accident,determine the weight of each index,and formulate various indicators of risk classification evaluation assignment standard.According to the principle of risk classification matching,the basic principles of accident risk classification prevention and control strategy are determined.At the same time,after the construction of the double prevention system in large shopping malls is completed,the improvement of the system should be considered.Based on the bow tie diagram method,this thesis improved the Left Bowtie diagram analysis,large shopping malls to double makes an analysis of the relevant measures of prevention system,according to the accident cause of the accident risk,make corresponding Left-Bowtie model analysis,according to the logic chain of accident hidden perils in the indicators of risk control measures and management measures and evaluate the accident consequence reduction measures,According to the evaluation results,the loopholes of various measures are found out,targeted measures are improved and upgraded,so that the dual prevention system of large shopping malls can form a state of continuous improvement and upgrading,in order to provide a more comprehensive reference for the security risk management of large shopping malls.Finally,to research the Ma’anshan Jinying large shopping mall as an example,this article accident risk index selection and evaluation of safety management work classification method is applied to the mall,to the supermarket by the fire,falls,elevators,trample,collapse of risk identification and analysis of measures,for the mall’s dual prevention system provides the basic guiding framework,The scientificity and practicability of this research are verified.At the same time,the left bow tie chart analysis method is used to evaluate the double prevention measures and accident consequence reduction measures of the elevator accident in the shopping mall,and the direction of subsequent construction and investment needs to be strengthened.
