In recent years,tower crane accidents occur frequently,resulting in a large number of casualties and economic losses,seriously restricting the progress of construction projects.There are many risk factors affecting the safety of tower cranes.However,different factors increases the complexity of the analysis of the causes of tower crane accidents because of its close and complex relationship.In view of this,based on the theory of safety system engineering and accident causes,this thesis uses Functional Resonance Analysis Method to analyze the causes of tower crane accidents.Based on the Structural Equation Model theory,a risk assessment model of tower crane accidents is constructed to study the key causes of tower crane accidents,The prevention and control strategy of cause factors of tower crane accidents are proposed to provide theoretical support for efficient operation and accident prevention of tower crane.Firstly,according to the accident cause theory and actual tower crane operation,the tower crane accidents literature in recent five years were measured and visualized by using Functional Resonance Analysis Method,literature research and VOS viewer software.From the five stages of installation,acceptance,operation,maintenance and disassembly,twenty-six causes of tower crane accidents are identified.Secondly,the hypothesis research on the five stages of the whole cycle of tower crane and the risk of tower crane is carried out,and the risk evaluation model of tower crane accident based on structural equation model is constructed.A questionnaire survey is conducted on twenty-six accident-causing factors,and SPSS26.0 is used to analyze the validity and reliability of the collected data;the action path diagram of tower crane risk impact factor is obtained and used by using Amos26.0 to fit and correct the risk assessment model of tower crane accident;The correlation between standardized regression coefficient and each factor index are analyzed and studied.Four key factors of tower crane accidents are determined.Meanwhile,the rationality of theoretical hypothesis and the reliability of evaluation model are verified.Finally,according to Hall three-dimensional morphology and PDCA cycle theory,the framework of tower crane accident control is formulated,the prevention and control strategies are proposed from key causative factors and secondary causative factors.The research conclusions can establish foundation for the prevention and control of tower crane accidents,provide safety guarantee for construction enterprises.
