With the rapid development of China’s national economy,all industries have made remarkable achievements.For the power industry,customers’ demand for power energy is also becoming more and more diversified,resulting in the gradual increase in the number of power grid construction projects,large project investment scale,long construction cycle and wide range of influence.How to scientifically and reasonably evaluate the investment income of power grid construction projects and optimize the allocation of power grid resources has become an important problem to be solved by power companies.Taking the power grid construction project as an example,this paper first collects and arranges the relevant research literature of the project and its post project evaluation,so as to systematically understand the method,content,process and feasibility results of the post project evaluation,so as to form the theoretical research basis of this paper;Then,taking the 110 k V power transmission and transformation project of Dongwen road in Tianjin as an evaluation case,combined with the construction characteristics and contents of the power grid construction project,the fuzzy evaluation model is selected for systematic post evaluation analysis of the power grid project.Based on the construction status of each stage of power grid construction project,the weight of each evaluation factor is determined based on analytic hierarchy process,and the valuation calculation is carried out to comprehensively obtain the post evaluation results of the power grid project.The post evaluation results based on the fuzzy evaluation model show that the overall completion status of the power grid construction project cases used in this paper is relatively good,and the expected construction performance has been achieved in each stage of the project.However,it can also be found in the evaluation results of fuzzy scoring that the average score of the power grid construction project is still relatively low in three aspects: timeliness of construction period,rationality of quota ratio and overall balance rate.Therefore,in view of these construction problems,we should improve and optimize one by one in the future power grid construction projects,and focus on strengthening the control of details,so as to improve the overall performance of power grid construction projects and bring beneficial reference and reference to the construction and development of relevant projects.
