Practice Research Of Huizhou Vernacular Architecture Construction Strategy In The Design Of Homestay Space From The Perspective Of Construction

Since the outbreak of the epidemic in 2020,China has entered a stage of normalization of the epidemic.The advent of the post-epidemic era has made urban tourism gradually become the main tourism consumption channel.The proportion of rural tourism in the tourism market has also increased significantly,and homestays have become the mainstream of the rural tourism accommodation sector.The expansion of the consumer market has also provided a broader development space for the homestay industry.Although the homestay industry is developing rapidly under the impetus of policy and temporal background,due to the lack of understanding of the main investors of this industry and the lack of relevant theoretical research,the homestay industry in various places has produced a chaos of alienation,similarity and capitalization.Based on the above background,this paper will start from the perspective of construction,take the typical Huizhou vernacular architecture as the research object,and first analyze and summarize the natural and humanistic background of Huizhou vernacular architecture.Secondly,the prototype of Huizhou vernacular architecture is analyzed through five construction elements: construction material,construction system,detail structure,connection method,and decoration type,and explores and summarizes the internal connection and organizational logic of each element.Then,integrating various elements,starting from the perspectives of construction materials and construction systems,it analyzes and summarizes the spatial organization logic and decorative level of Huizhou vernacular architecture,and draws the construction strategy of Huizhou vernacular architecture.Finally,based on the above research,taking Shenfu Village B&B settlement as a practical case,the construction strategy has been transformed into a design method for project practice.This article attempts to fully reveal the mystery of its vernacular construction,explore its construction strategy by analyzing the samples of Huizhou vernacular architecture with regional characteristics,and transform the construction strategy of Huizhou vernacular architecture into a set of design paradigms that can be used for reference in contemporary country house design.
