| The exploration of the agent construction management system for government investment projects kicked off from the Xiamen pilot in 1993.Four different models have been developed so far.In the market economy stage,especially after 2004,the agent construction system has become the mainstream management method of government-invested non-operating projects,which conforms to the needs of engineering construction and market economic development after my country’s entry into the WTO(World Trade Organization).Good schedule management is the basis for achieving the three major goals of project management.In some agent construction projects such as schools,it is of special significance to deliver the project to the user as planned.This thesis expounds the related theoretical basis of agent construction system and schedule control,according to the core steps used in TOC theory,taking WY project as an example,through three steps of problem sorting,restrictive factor analysis,and formulating key factor countermeasures,the project schedule control related issues are studied.Through the analysis of the six major schedule control problems of schedule planning activity time estimation,functional department process time efficiency,conflicts of different professional blueprints,missing items in the list within the scope of the contract,subcontract interface division,and special project procurement work started late,the six major schedule control issues are finally given.Strengthen the management of special projects,establish a comprehensive quality management system,strengthen the management of contract issuance,and optimize the schedule management regulations.Based on the common foundation that the agent construction project must be publicly tendered in the tangible market according to law and the bill of quantities valuation method is adopted,there are key factors restricting schedule control in WY projects,which are often the same in other projects of W project management company and other agents.I hope that the countermeasures and suggestions for key factors can give other project management companies some meaningful references. |
