Andbased on the above theoretical research, the article discusses the current situation of themonitoring project management, defines the prison project, and argues the way ofmanagement and the advantages and disadvantages of our prison project constructionmanagement mode. At the same time, combining the empirical analysis of the reconstructionLiaoning province prison project, it points out some suggestions in the arear of prisonconstruction projects.
