| In recent years,with the continuous expansion of domestic large-scale engineering projects and infrastructure construction scale,the demand for the transportation of heavy cargo is increasingly booming.As one of the priority options for the transportation of most heavy large cargo,water transportation has an obvious advantage in the transportation of heavy large cargo due to its large volume and less restrictions on the weight and size of the cargo.There are many kinds of heavy large cargo,and the ships used in the transportation are also varied.Large complete sets of equipment,offshore oil drilling platform and other special heavy because of the need to overall carrying heavy lift vessel was used for large transport ships of specialization such as transportation,container,such as heavy because of its standardization or transporting specifications such as the characteristics of and multiple use of container ships and other transportation,for the majority rules common major pieces of goods,The use of general cargo ships to carry such goods is widespread in practical transportation.Regular heavy large cargo refers to ordinary heavy large cargo with regular rectangular shape or with regular rectangular shape after packaging.The stowage result of such cargo is not only related to the navigation safety of the ship,but also profoundly affect the economic interests of relevant parties.However,in actual transportation,due to the influence of many factors such as the size of shipping companies and cargo batches,ordinary heavy large cargo under the rules of loading of ordinary cargo ships is in the state of manual stowage for a long time.Relying on experience to carry out stowing may have problems in cargo transportation safety,ship navigation safety and ship space utilization,etc.Therefore,it is of great significance to comprehensively consider the above three aspects in stowing to guarantee the safety of cargo and ship and improve ship utilization rate.Under this actual background,this paper analyzes and studies the problem of stowage of such ships.Firstly,the definition and classification of heavy large cargo and ship classification are introduced,and the object and content to be studied are clarified.Secondly,the scientific problem of regular research on ship stowage of ordinary heavy large cargo is put forward in combination with relevant theories such as ship stowage problem and heuristic algorithm under certain assumptions.On the basis of considering the ship’s volume constraint,load constraint,cargo non-overlapping constraint,cargo support constraint and load-bearing constraint,and considering the influence of the ship’s stability,strength,draft and other seaworthiness constraints,the ship stowage model with the objective of optimal ship space utilization is established.Then,genetic simulated annealing algorithm and space filling algorithm are designed to solve and calculate the model.Then,the proposed model and algorithm are applied to the actual example,and compared with the single genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm to verify the effectiveness of the algorithm.Finally,the problem of regular common heavy large cargo stacking is summarized and prospected,in order to provide reference for related researchers and enterprises. |
