With the rapid increase in the volume of shipping containers,in the inbound container yard of the container terminal,the terminal reservation mechanism,the real-time location of the containers and the yard crane scheduling are the key factors that restrict the efficiency of the yard.How to design the truck reservation mechanism under the premise of taking into account the relocations in the yard,and also pay attention to the yard crane scheduling,is very important to improve the operation efficiency of the terminal and reduce the congestion of the external trucks in the yard.This paper studies the integrated optimization problem of yard crane scheduling and the number of external trucks considering the relocations.According to the described problem scenarios,a mathematical optimization model is constructed and corresponding algorithm is designed to solve the problem.First of all,through the analysis and review of the relevant literature of domestic and foreign scholars,the main research content,purpose and significance of this article are given for the current situation of the container terminal import container yard.In order to alleviate the congestion of the inbound container yard and improve the efficiency of the operation,in the fixed reservation period,considering the relocation rule with the least amount of real-time stacked containers,and taking into account the realistic constraints such as the non-crossing and maintaining the safety spacing between the yard crane,aiming at minimizing the longest completion time of the yard cranes,a mathematical optimization model is constructed.The improved genetic algorithm of double-layer coding is designed to solve the problem.The repair operator of the modified invalid solution is embedded in the algorithm.Using the above model and algorithm,the optimal yard crane scheduling is obtained,and the operation time of the reserved external truck is calculated in real time.When the sum of the appointment period and safe waiting time is exceeded,the reservation is stopped;Through the comparison with the first-come-first-served solution,the superiority of the proposed solution is verified;By comparing with traditional genetic algorithm and simulated annealing algorithm,the effectiveness of the algorithm is verified,and it can provide decision reference for the actual operation of the yard.According to the experimental results of the example,the model and algorithm of this article can provide the dynamic control of the number of reserved external trucks and the operation of the yard crane when the container terminal makes an appointment for the external trucks of the imported container yard;In summary,the research of this article has enriched the academic knowledge in this area,and provided a theoretical support for resource optimization of container terminals.
