| With the globalization of economy and the development of world integration, container ports play a more and more important role in container transportation. Handling efficiency, daily operation efficiency and benefits of container terminals attract more and more social attention. In the daily operation of the container terminal, container yard is the most important in container terminal. Therefore, the effective management and control for container terminals is the hotspot for the present study of the container port. This article mainly optimizes two key problems, including the container yard layout and crane scheduling, uses the simulation model constructed by flexsim simulation software to test the result. Main contents are as follows.Firstly, based on a lot of the correlative references at home and abroad, the train of thought of the article is explicated. Secondly, according to analyzing deeply factors impacting management and control of the container yard, this paper puts forward the two key problems including the container yard layout and crane scheduling. Thirdly, on the basis of analysis of the historical data of the yard, the paper re-divides of function, forecast each function areas of the container yard, gives the layout optimization model, and solution based on the SLP method and genetic algorithm to solve algorithm. Fourthly, in view of the crane scheduling problem, the paper puts forward the solution of path optimization by the shortest path method and the dynamic programming, and sets up the crane deployment model and gives out the deployment optimization solution based on genetic algorithm. Then, the paper puts forward evaluation index and process by flexsim simulation software to verify the above mentioned problems optimized result. Finally, taking a container terminal for example, the paper does optimization research using the above methods.The purpose of this article is to construct container terminal yard's layout and the crane scheduling optimization model, and gives corresponding optimization algorithm of solving the model. Through the above model, the paper can improve the container yard's utilization and equipment utilization, appropriately reduce rate for the movement of container. Meanwhile, the article provides theoretical value and practical guidance for the daily operation of container terminals yard. |
