Water is one of the important conditions for human survival.With the rapid development of economy and society,water resources have been polluted to a certain extent.At the same time,the acceleration of urbanization has promoted the urban population to pay more attention to drinking water safety,while rural areas are relatively backward,imperfect engineering construction,substandard technology and large regional environmental differences,which limit the safety of drinking water in rural areas.At present,the important means to prevent water pollution is water quality monitoring.The traditional water quality monitoring is not enough in real-time and accuracy,and it is obviously lack of competitiveness compared with the advanced equipment abroad.The rural drinking water quality online monitoring system designed in this paper,on the one hand,for the rural drinking water quality monitoring has the problem of low precision,difficult to real-time monitoring;On the other hand,the predictive algorithm is used to realize the pre-treatment of water quality.When the water quality does not meet the standard of drinking water,the backwash filtration unit is controlled for washing,so as to reduce the unnecessary waste of resources.STM32 series microcontrollers are selected as the core of the online water quality monitoring system.Water quality sensors are used to collect water quality data,which are converted into 0-3.3V standard electrical signals.After the analog electrical signals are converted into digital signals through the data acquisition module,the data will be displayed on the LCD.At the same time,the communication between RS485 serial port and sub-module can realize the data interaction between modules.The interface of the online water quality monitoring system is developed by Java related technology,and My SQL is applied as the database to realize data storage.The front end uses layui framework to realize rapid development and complete the module function of monitoring interface.Remote monitoring system has realized the real-time monitoring of water quality,the sensor through the NB-Io T technology to realize data upload,when water quality abnormal issued instructions,by relay control,the valve will MQTT service agent and combined technology and web application service,can carry on the management and monitoring of data to the device,the water quality of real-time data display,storage,and finally realize the function of remote control.Finally,the performance index analysis of rural drinking water quality monitoring system is mainly to verify the accuracy and real-time performance of data collection and data uploading.At the same time,t-s fuzzy neural network is used to predict the water quality class.The analysis of test data shows that the maximum error |e |≤0.03265,which can be effectively applied to the prediction of the water quality class of rural drinking water,and when the predicted water quality class is not up to the standard,the backwash filter unit can be flushed in time.
