Weld connection and friction type high-strength bolt connection are the most common connection methods in steel structures at present.Bolt welding and joint connection as a supplement and extension of node connection methods have also been widely used.Bolted and welded joints also have good application prospects in steel structure reinforcement projects.However,the difference in stiffness and ductility between bolted and welded connections makes the mechanical performance of bolted and welded joints complicated.Simple overlay for welding.At present,the domestic and foreign scholars’ research on the combination of bolt welding mainly focuses on the combination of friction type high-strength bolts and side fillet welds and end welds.There is no research on the combination of friction type high-strength bolts and plug welds or slot welds report.In order to make it popularized and applied in practical engineering,it is necessary to further carry out experimental research and finite element analysis on the mechanical properties of friction-type high-strength bolts and different types of welds in shear and connection.In order to study the shear bearing capacity of the joint joints of friction-type high-strength bolts and welded joints,11 basic specimens,10 joint specimens of simultaneous load-bearing bolted joints,and 10 joints of reinforced joints The specimens were subjected to static tensile tests,and three parameters,including weld form,bolt-welding strength ratio and high-strength bolt bearing state,were analyzed,and key test results such as failure modes and load-displacement curves under different parameters were studied.The mechanical properties and laws under the parameters of non-welded seam form,bolt-welding strength ratio and high-strength bolt bearing state.The ABAQUS finite element analysis software is used to establish the analysis and calculation model of the welding seam and the bolt alone connection,the bolt welding and the joint connection,and the comparison and analysis with the test results are carried out to verify that the established finite element model can be used for bolt welding and the connection is used for further refined parameter analysis And the whole process stress state analysis.On the basis of the research results of the test,through the analysis and comparison of the existing domestic and foreign relevant norms at this stage,and drawing on the research results of some related scholars,a design method of the bearing capacity of bolted and welded joints is proposed.The prediction value of the design method is compared with the experimental value in this paper,which proves the accuracy of the design method proposed in this paper.
