In order to avoid the energy crisis,get rid of the binding of the fuel car,improve the dynamic and fuel economy of the car,in recent years,the hybrid vehicle has become the most popular research direction of the current automotive industry with its own and traditional fuel vehicles.The gantry test is essential as an essential part of the hybrid vehicle development.In the gantry test,it is possible to accurately simulate the driving resistance of the whole vehicle is an important indicator for assessing the performance of the test standby.Based on this,this paper conducted an equivalent compression ratio of the overall architecture design of the hybrid test bench,completed the development of measurement and control system development and road load simulation related experiments.First,based on similar theory,combined,combined,combined,etc.,the overall capacity of the test bench was determined.The test benef was divided into mechanical parts and measurement and control parts,and mechanical component parameters match,measure control system architecture design and hardware design.Second,according to the conservation of energy conservation,the equivalent loading torque of the output terminal output was derived.From the inverse model and forward speed model load simulation algorithm,the advantages and disadvantages of both,and the selection of the reverse model method realized the simulation of the vehicle.In order to solve the influence of the middle angle acceleration of the inverse model on the load simulation accuracy of the test bench,an indirect measurement method was designed to design a convenient and efficient angular acceleration measuring device.Factors affecting angular acceleration were system sampling frequencies and measurement frequency accuracy(speed measurement accuracy).At the same time,the angular acceleration of different sampling frequencies and different measured frequency accuracy was measured,and the accuracy of the designed angular acceleration measuring device was verified.In addition,the load model was built based on MATLAB / SIMULINK,and the simulation analysis of different sampling frequencies and measurement accuracy was verified to verify the feasibility of the inverse model load simulation.Finally,the C language was designed to design a hybrid unit on which the gauge,the upper machine software,the load simulation test model was built,and the load simulation test model was built.Using the rapid prototype method,the code generation of the load test model was completed.CAN communication debugging and step testing of the load device,the result was a good platform for debugging,verification,etc.of subsequent load simulation.
