The development of aviation precision rolling bearings in China started late,and experienced several rounds of breakthroughs from dimensional accuracy to materials.At present,the manufacturing technology level of aviation precision bearings in China has made great progress and improvement.However,it is still necessary to carry out in-depth research and breakthrough in some key technologies of similar foreign products.The life of aviation precision rolling bearing is a key problem restricting the improvement of aviation equipment.To improve the life,the bearing manufacturing technology level needs to be improved,and the residual stress control method of bearing raceway is one of the key manufacturing technologies that must be overcome in the aspect of aviation bearing manufacturing technology in China.In this paper,the raceway of aviation precision rolling bearing inner ring is taken as the research object,and the influence of grinding process on residual stress of raceway of aviation precision rolling bearing inner ring and process improvement technology are studied.The main research contents are as follows:The residual stress of inner ring raceway of 8Cr4Mo4 V steel bearing at home and abroad was detected and analyzed,the difference between the residual stress level of the same product at home and abroad was quantified,and the range of residual stress level of the same product at home and abroad was analyzed.The residual stress level of the inner raceway of precision bearing abroad is taken as the target value of this study.The formation mechanism of residual stress in raceway of inner ring of precision bearing and technological factors affecting residual stress are studied.The formation of residual stress in raceway of bearing inner ring was numerically analyzed and simulated by finite element analysis software ABAQUS..The process factors affecting the grinding residual stress of raceway of inner ring of precision bearing were tested and simulated,and the process parameters that could be optimized under the existing process equipment were found out.The related process parameters were optimized according to the test results and simulation analysis.After the initial grinding of bearing inner ring,shot blasting technology was added and verified by technological test.By increasing shot blasting process and optimizing process parameters,the residual stress level of domestic aviation precision bearing inner ring raceway reaches the level of similar products abroad.An on-line shot peening device for bearing ring was designed,which combined shot blasting process and grinding process into one machine tool.The process concentration is realized,the workpiece clamping and circulation time is reduced,and it has certain application value for mass production after process improvement.
