| In recent years,more and more residential heating users adopt low temperature radiant floor heating system.Due to the characteristics of the radiant floor heating system,its heat storage performance is more obvious than that of the radiator.Therefore,in the regulation of the radiant floor heating system,the change of floor temperature and indoor air temperature will lag behind the regulation behavior,making the regulation more difficult.The numerical simulation method can well reflect the delay process,but because the numerical simulation requires a lot of calculation,it cannot be widely used in the field of ground radiant heating system regulation.RC-network model is a kind of computing model originated from electrotechnics.Because of its characteristics of energy storage and release,RC-network model is often used to simulate various delay processes.Besides,the calculation amount of RC-network model is relatively small,so it has a good development prospect in the field of heating system commissioning.Therefore,a series of studies on the application of RC-network model in thermal delay simulation of ground radiant heating system are carried out in this paper.In this paper,the form of RC-network model is designed based on the property of ground radiant heating system,and the corresponding parameter determination method based on RC-network calculation principle is proposed.This parameter determination method is based on the numerical simulation results,so the thermal delay process of ground radiant heating system with different surface materials and pipe spacing is simulated by using the numerical simulation method.In order to verify the accuracy of the numerical simulation results,this paper makes a practical test and analysis of the delay of the floor surface temperature in a residential building in Tianjin,and makes a comparative analysis between the measured data and the numerical simulation results.On the basis of summarizing and analyzing the RC-network parameter Settings of ground radiant heating system with different surface materials and pipe spacing,a method of directly calculating the RC-network model parameters with pipe spacing is proposed in this paper.The simulation results obtained by this method are compared with the numerical simulation results and the measured data. |
