| With the promotion of building energy efficiency, the airtightness of buildings is increasing, but the indoor air quality problem is also becoming more and more prominent. The regulation of indoor air quality in green residential buildings mainly relies on the new air system, which requires building energy to provide a comfortable living environment. As a relatively new type of green,low-carbon building, the fresh air system’s actual effect and operational performance are not apparent,so it is of great significance to explore the optimization strategy to achieve the dual goals of air quality improvement and energy saving in green residential buildings. This paper takes green residential buildings in Suzhou as the research object. It selects typical residential samples from different occupancy stages and areas(Wuzhong District,High-tech District and Wujiang District).Firstly, indoor air quality is analyzed by field research and simulation. It is concluded that there are mainly problems of insufficient indoor fresh air volume and unreasonable airflow organization in green residential buildings.Secondly, the ventilation system of green residential buildings was optimized. It analyzed, and the effects of different air supply methods and parameters of the new air system on indoor air quality were simulated by using Airpak software, and different air supply methods and parameters were analyzed and evaluated by using CO2 exposure intensity,PMV-PPD index, air distribution characteristics and air inhomogeneity coefficient index, air age, ventilation efficiency and energy utilization coefficient. Then the influence of two bedside air supply methods on indoor air quality was studied by analyzing the respiratory microenvironment CO2 exposure intensity,PMV index, and air age.It was concluded that the indoor air quality created by personalized ventilation is better than traditional mechanical ventilation and can effectively improve energy utilization while meeting indoor environmental comfort. Finally,TRNSYS,an energy consumption simulation software, was applied to simulate the energy consumption of residences with a fresh air system in Suzhou, and the relationship between air supply speed, temperature, humidity and energy consumption of fresh air system operation was quantified and analyzed.Considering the indoor air quality and the energy consumption of fresh air system operation, the paper makes suggestions for the design, operation and management of fresh air systems in green residential buildings. The indoor air quality of residential green buildings in Suzhou was deeply analyzed by means of investigation, test and simulation, and the appropriate mechanical ventilation strategy was put forward to provide basis for the selection of ventilation system of residential green buildings in Suzhou. |
