| With the development of modern medical electronic endoscopy technology and its wide application in medical treatment and disease diagnosis,enterprises have higher and higher requirements on production quality.It is necessary to design a medical electronic endoscope production quality detection equipment with simple operation,high degree of automation and accurate detection.It is necessary to carry out related study of detection methods as well.In this Thesis,a thorough investigation is conducted on the manufacturers of medical electronic endoscopes.It is found that the detection end of electronic endoscopes may appear obvious vignetting effect after assembly,which has a great influence on the imaging quality of the detection end.Aiming at this problem,the causes of vignetting effect are analyzed in detail.Due to the existence of apertures,the intensity of the light reflected by the object in the imaging system is changed with the different distance,showing that the light is gradually weakened from the center to the surrounding area.Generally,the center is bright while the surrounding area is relatively dark.In order to reduce the influence of the vignetting effect,a large number of comparative experiments are carried out to find the best field of view angle ω.At the same time,the simulation model of vignetting effect is established on the basis of MATLAB programming environment.A series of simulation experiments of different field angles is performed by image processing method,including image gray histogram analysis and gray curve comparison analysis.The results show that the vignetting effect has the least effect on the image quality when the angle is the best.According to the structure analysis of the electronic endoscope detection on and the actual needs of enterprise production,a testing end production quality testing equipment is designed,using the elastic clamping mechanism to adapt to the examination of electronic endoscope with different size and different style.A servo motor and nut screw pair are used to realize the operation of the black box device.Another servo motor is used to drive the movement of the mobile device to implement the detection inside the black box.This means that the automation degree of testing is improved and the influence of manual error on the actual production quality testing is decreased.Finally,the images collected from different detection distances are compared and analyzed in detail.The best detection distance is summarized then.Using the best field of view Angle and the detection distance,the actual production quality test of 60 modules is carried out.It can effectively detect 9 unqualified modules set up in advance.Subsequently,the production quality testing experiment at the testing end is expanded.The results show that the designed detection device and related detection methods meet the actual needs of production quality testing in enterprises. |
