Research On Internal Audit Informatization Construction Of LY Group

Due to the progress of information technology,people have gradually entered the information society,more and more enterprises informatization opened new journey,in the accounting industry basically finished the informatization construction,through information technology to collect and process data has become an important driving force to promote the development of China’s digital economy fast.The information development in the field of accounting is bound to drive the information reform of the audit industry,and on this basis,it will promote the new transformation of audit methods,means and environment.At present,more and more state-owned enterprises have begun to implement internal audit information project construction,audit management,operation,monitoring and other fields have started the information construction work,to a great extent to promote the innovative development of our internal audit mechanism.From the perspective of the future development of enterprises,the development of internal audit information construction is a choice to adapt to the development of The Times,can effectively solve the shortcomings of previous manual operation,improve the efficiency and quality of internal audit work.In this study,the author large state-owned enterprises LY group as the research object,collect the current existing literature to delve into the enterprise in the audit the problems existing in the informatization process,to the enterprise internal audit information into a breakthrough point,analyzes the research situation of the internal audit informationization theory both at home and abroad,defines the meaning of internal audit and internal audit informatization.Secondly,by introducing the development process and construction of internal audit informatization of LY Group,as well as the status quo of internal audit,many problems of the enterprise are analyzed.For example,the audit system and other systems to share information rate is low,data analysis module is virtual,monitoring and early warning mechanism is not perfect,and the use of information platform is low.On the basis of field investigation and research,the author believes that the main reasons leading to the above problems include: inconsistent data caliber among various systems,the group does not pay high attention to big data audit,the aging of early warning mechanism and the lack of compound talents.The author thinks should carry on reasonable reformation and perfect.According to the development status and actual needs of LY Group in audit work,the author establishes a set of scientific and reasonable audit information system,designs audit data warehouse,big data analysis function module and "trinity" risk early warning mechanism,and makes a series of guarantee measures for the smooth operation in the future.Among them,the big data analysis function module adopts Python data mining and data visualization method,which is applied to the daily internal audit work,and greatly improves the audit efficiency.Activities the main significance of this study is based on LY group in audit work development situation and the actual demand to perfect the audit information system,in order to for the entire enterprise informatization construction to provide the solution of the valuable meaning,also for their peers in the process of informatization provide reasonable solution meaning,in order to promote our country internal audit informationization development provide some practical significance.
