Research On Landscape Design Of Bed And Breakfast Based On Beautiful Country Background

The long-term existence of the urban-rural dualistic system,has caused the slow development of the countryside in general and the rapid development of the city,but now the development of the countryside is highly valued by the Party and the government.Since 2013,President Xi proposed to achieve urban-rural integration,build beautiful countryside,benefit the villagers,achieve urbanization of more than70% in the future,and the countryside must not become the symbol of depopulation,left-behind and memory,and pay more attention to protect the traditional ancient villages,narrow the progressively widening urban-rural gap that has emerged in the process of urbanisation and share the achievements of national rejuvenation.Rural revitalisation has therefore become the focus of more academic research and policy formulation.The research object of this thesis is the design of regional characteristics of rural B&B landscape in Zengcheng District,and rural B&B becomes a important part of the implementation of the beautiful countryside policy.It is crucial to gradually implement the policy of beautiful countryside and develop rural tourism in rural complex,in order to attract urban residents to the countryside for consumption.The practice of rural B&B solves the tourist needs of urban residents and situation of the vacant houses and surplus labor in the countryside.Further more,it strengthens the link between urban and rural areas.The study of rural B&B contributes to integrate urban and rural development and realize the beautiful countryside.And how to explore the regional characteristics of B&B landscape in the context of beautiful countryside is of great practical significance.Nowadays,the majority of B&B designs which are poor in systematic theoretical guidance cause a relatively uneven development.This requires us to continuously explore and summarize in the process of practice,and to follow up on theoretical research to promote the development of rural B&B,so as to provide reference for similar rural B&B landscape design.In this paper,based on the guidance of relevant design theory and the understanding of beautiful countryside policy,this paper takes the landscape design of rural B&B in Zeng Cheng District,Guangzhou as the research object to investigate the research design of the regional characteristics of rural B&B landscape,so as to explore the feasibility of the regional characteristics of rural B&B landscape and the principles of design,and to gain inspiration from the practices.The content of the thesis consists of six parts.The first part,the introduction of the thesis,which presents the questions for the research of the thesis,specifically discussing the background,purpose and significance of the thesis,introducing the research review,research methods and content of the thesis.The second part,an overview of rural B&B landscape design research,serves as a relevant theoretical foundation,analysing the research objectives of rural B&B landscape design,interpreting the relationship between the beautiful countryside policy and rural B&B,defining the concept of each type of B&B,and clarifying the spatial characteristics that distinguish rural B&B from other accommodation.The third part is an analysis of the regional characteristics of the rural B&B design landscape.Through research and analysis,the concept of regional cultural characteristics is clearly defined,the problems and reasons for the design of the regional characteristics of the rural B&B landscape are summarised,and relevant design strategies are proposed to provide reference for the subsequent study of the rural B&B landscape design in Zeng Cheng District.The fourth part is a case study and summary of the design of regional characteristics of rural B&B landscape.Based on the factors influencing the design of regional characteristics in the third part,the investigation and summary of the more famous B&Bs in China and the existing B&Bs in Zeng Cheng area are conducted to provide relevant references and methods for the practical study of rural B&B landscape design in the fifth chapter.The fifth part is a practical study of the landscape design of rural B&B in Qun’ai Village,Baihua Hills,Zeng Cheng District.Through the design principles and practical case analysis in the third and fourth parts,the development strategies of the thesis research are applied to the practical study cases,and further countermeasures and suggestions are suggested for the influencing factors of the landscape design of B&B in Qun’ai Village,Baihua Hills,Zeng Cheng District.The sixth part is a summary and outlook on the design of the regional characteristics of the rural B&B landscape.
