Comparative Evaluation On The Development Level Of Construction Industry In Beijing-tianjin-hebei Region

After the reform and opening up,China’s economy has developed rapidly.As a pillar industry of the national economy,the booming construction industry has played a catalytic role in the growth of GDP.Even in the global economic crisis in 2008,it still accounted for about 5.7% of China’s GDP.The construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region has a glorious history and impressive performance in the socialist economic construction since the founding of New China.Under the national macro policy of reducing production capacity,real estate investment has cooled rapidly and infrastructure investment has shrunk.The construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is facing severe challenges.Under the background of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei integration and new urbanization,the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,as an important material production sector and industry in the national economy,will usher in a new round of construction peaks,and the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will welcome new development opportunities.The development of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region is uneven.The construction industry in Beijing and Tianjin is developing rapidly,and the development of the construction industry in Hebei Province is relatively backward.Facing the complex external environment,it is particularly important to study the development level of the construction industry in the BeijingTianjin-Hebei region.Through the research on the development level of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,it provides historical theoretical basis and future development suggestions for the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region to find a way out amid challenges and opportunities and create greater glories.This paper firstly starts from the research status of the construction industry at home and abroad,expounds and analyzes the relevant concepts and theories of the construction industry,and clarifies the factors that affect the development of the construction industry;Comprehensive analysis of the development level of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;combined with the principle of selection of evaluation indicators,to construct an evaluation index system that conforms to the development level of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region;The evaluation model of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region evaluates the development level of the construction industry in three regions(Beijing,Tianjin,Hebei Province)in the last seven years,finds problems in the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.Through the research on the development level of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,this paper grasps the dynamic characteristics of the development of the construction industry in the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.
