Solar energy is a renewable and green energy.With the development of power electronics technology,photovoltaic power generation has developed rapidly and the technology has become more and more mature.However,there is still room for exploration and improvement in the improvement of solar energy capture efficiency and the use of photovoltaic power sources.Therefore,this project aims to improve the performance of photovoltaic power sources,and designs an off-grid single-phase photovoltaic inverter power supply and a grid-connected three-phase photovoltaic inverter power supply.When designing the inverter power supply in this topic,firstly design the main circuit of the photovoltaic inverter power supply,and then design the maximum power point tracking(MPPT)control strategy of photovoltaic cells and the inverter control strategy according to the circuit structure at all levels.First of all,on the basis of completing the design of the MPPT capture circuit topology and device parameters,the subject realizes the traditional perturbation method MPPT control,and designs an improved MPPT control strategy according to its shortcomings to ensure the realization of the maximum solar energy capture.Under the premise of shortening the dynamic adjustment time and improving the rapidity of capture.Secondly,for the off-grid photovoltaic power supply,in order to achieve the maximum capture of solar energy on the premise of ensuring high-quality and high-reliability power supply for the load,the subject designs a power supply that incorporates a battery energy storage device on the DC bus.plan.In the process of designing the control strategy of the single-phase inverter,the subject has successively designed a double closed-loop control strategy and a control strategy based on dq coordinate transformation.Provided technical support.For the grid-connected three-phase photovoltaic inverter power supply,the subject designs the main circuit topology structure based on three-phase three-bridge arm,adopts the maximum active power transfer control scheme with zero reactive power setting,and completes the controller and control strategy.The design ensures that the inverter power supply can track the changes of the external light intensity in real time and achieve the maximum power generation.Finally,the subject uses DSP-TMS320F28335 as the main controller to design and build a hardware experimental platform for single-phase photovoltaic inverter power supply.The feasibility and effectiveness of the project design scheme are verified by simulation experiments and hardware experiments.
