| With the rapid development of core basic technologies,the digital economy has become an important engine for global economic development,and has guided our country’s economic development into an important stage of high-quality development.All industries are accelerating their investment in resources to explore digital industrialization.Under the important development opportunities of the digital economy,automobile industry,as an important representative and support of traditional industries,rapidly integrate and develop with transportation,communications and Internet,and enter into a new era of intelligence and connection.In the new era,a group of innovative companies that are keen to discover opportunities and have the courage to explore the market have emerged in the field of intelligent connected vehicles.This study takes B Intelligent Connected Vehicle Testing Company as the research object,and based on the research ideas of asking questions,analyzing problems and solving problems,using grounded theoretical analysis methods to deeply analyze the strategic entrepreneurship of the case companies.Through face-to-face interviews with 6 core managers of the case company and extensive collection and arrangement of relevant third-party materials,51,000-word materials were formed.Based on the gradual refinement and sorting of the above-mentioned text data based on open coding,spindle coding and selective coding,we tried to establish a theoretical model of the case company’s strategic entrepreneurship,and finally formed the following research conclusions:First,in the process of grounded analysis,110 phenomena were obtained,40 It is an initial concept and 18 categories,and then refined into 6 main categories of strategic entrepreneurship:building competitive advantage,entrepreneurial action,strategic action,core competence accumulation,opportunity identification and development,and external environmental impact.Second,try to establish the theoretical model of strategic entrepreneurship of the case company by sorting out the main categories,and discuss and form the following thinking:First,security is an important basic condition for the start of strategic entrepreneurship,including the accumulation of core capabilities,opportunity identification and development,and Second,the driving force is an important driving force for the continuous advancement of strategic entrepreneurship,including entrepreneurial action-driven and strategic action-driven;finally,the guiding force is an important direction guide for strategic entrepreneurship to move forward correctly,and it is the enterprise that establishes its competitive advantage.core guiding force.This research outlines and describes the process path of intelligent connected vehicle testing company strategic entrepreneurship in the digital economy,and summarizes strategic entrepreneurship experience and theory,which is potential to provide reference value. |
