| With the development and application of "Industry 4.0"and "China manufacture 2025",new technology has brought more opportunities for change and innovation.Based on traditional accumulated experience of operation,explore and investigate innovative logistics planning is the starting point of this paper.Especially in the context of VUCA,if a company wants to survive and develop,it is not enough to simply continue past experience.Logistics planning also follows the same strategy when carrying out warehouse planning.The successful experience of the company must also be combined with new technologies to carry out transformation and innovation.Logistics planning and implementation is a very important part in automobile manufacturing plants,and warehouse planning and implementation is the focus of logistics planning.How to provide effective,stable,and flexible warehouse planning,to achieve production cost in the most lean state,to reduce headcount,and enhance material and financial resources to achieve competitiveness of enterprises,in order to deal with internal and external changes of the enterprise,has become a top priority for enterprises’ survival and development.First of all,this thesis introduces the exiting situation of warehouse management,expounds warehouse improvement basic theory,raises questions about the current situation and components of automobile companies and analyzes in detail to find out the reasons,mainly using the "Goods to Man" concept to solve the lack of flexibility in the actual operation of the warehouse layout,the existing operation complex problems,as well as the ergonomics problems.The very detailed implementation procedure of the project is studied and introduced,and the final implementation of the scheme by a third party is introduced,and the risk control of the project is carried out in the process of implementation.It is supposed that this thesis will be realistic reference to the improvement of warehouse planning in other automobile manufacturing enterprises. |
