Road traffic,as the main carrier of urban function,is the basis for developing the national economy and promoting the operation of the city.However,with a number of factors,urban transport problems are becoming more serious.This paper aims to identify the state of the urban road network faster,more accurately and with multiple angles,and improve the traffic congestion as soon as possible after the congestion occurs.Using python and VISSIM software to simulate the improved Siouxfalls road network and the main road network in the city of Lanzhou.In order to quickly and accurately identify the state of the urban road traffic network,a series of measures to improve traffic status.Firstly,the Siouxfalls network is adjusted to make it more relevant to the real-life road network in China.Then the variable cell transmission model and Dijkstra algorithm are used to distribute traffic,and the traffic flow simulation is realized by python.In the simulation process,the traffic congestion discrimination factor obtained from the Road Congestion Evaluation Method is added.Because the particle size of the VCTM road network simulation model is refined into a single vehicle on the road network.When simulating,vehicle details can be easily obtained.You can then get the current time-walk traffic.In order to collect data,compared to discriminating factors.The simulation results analyze the traffic congestion of the intersection and the traffic congestion of the segment,and analyze which sections and intersections are in different degree of congestion in the simulation results.It is found that the new standard has strong practicality and applicability.Finally,the main road network of Lanzhou City Guan District was studied in the field,followed by PTV Vissim 2022(Student)The simulation software simulates and acquires the basic parameters of the new method,and then evaluates the traffic congestion at the intersection,the traffic congestion in the interval and the traffic congestion in the road and road network.At the same time,based on the Baidu Map Open Platform API interface to get the real-time road condition running data for 10 hours during the day,Real-time road data as a control group for running data.Combined with traffic micro-simulation model and traffic big data implementation road condition analysis data,To verify that the simulation evaluation results are consistent with the congestion level of the actual road,It is of practical significance to determine the evaluation method of road congestion in Lanzhou.On the basis of the field research,we analyze the causes of congestion in the city-guan area of Lanzhou: the lack of long-term traffic planning,the imperfect structure of the road network,the low level of public transport services and the lag in the construction of intelligent transportation;Then put forward the relevant optimization suggestions according to the reason.
