In recent years,the reform of Chinese electric power enterprises is accelerating the transformation period,in order to adapt to the basic requirements and environment of the reform,and seek the sustainable development of the way,and the executive power is one of the important conditions of the successful implementation of the enterprise strategy.Middle managers,as the link and bridge of the enterprise,are located between the company and the grass-roots staff.The construction and improvement of their executive power is a necessary measure to optimize the management and production of the enterprise,and also an important measure to guarantee the competitive advantage of the enterprise.In order to give full play to the backbone of middle management personnel,undertake the work arranged by the upper level,mobilize the enthusiasm of employees.This paper uses the two-factor theory to analyze the current executive force system and the root causes that interfere with the good executive force of middle managers,and discusses the ways and methods that can increase the good executive force of middle managers.In this paper,based on the understanding of Q Power Company,the company’s middle managers,and the middle managers’ executive power,combined with the relevant research literature,the current situation of middle managers’ executive power is designed from four aspects: organization,system,communication and collaboration,and individual content.The questionnaire and interviews with the middle managers of the company were used to gain a comprehensive understanding of the current situation of middle managers’ execution in Q Power Company,and it was concluded that the main cultural concepts of middle managers’ execution in Q Power Company were not well integrated into the execution,there were problems in performance assessment management,insufficient communication ability and lack of sharing between teams,lack of passion and enthusiasm at work,lack of comprehensive management ability,lack of The problems such as lack of innovative thinking.Translated with www.Deep L.com/Translator(free version)Through the analysis of the reasons for the problems of execution,the text puts forward the corresponding countermeasures to enhance the execution of middle managers in electric power companies from four aspects of "two perfection and two strengthening",mainly including: perfecting the corporate execution culture,improving the corporate incentive mechanism,verification and supervision system,strengthening the communication with the upper and lower levels,strengthening the middle managers’ execution ability and comprehensive ability.managers’ execution ability and comprehensive ability cultivation.We will build and improve the management system of execution,improve the level of enterprise management and decision making,and further accelerate the good and efficient development of the enterprise.
