| Equity incentives began in Europe and the United States in the last century,and were mainly used to solve the problem of commission agency between shareholders and managers.In the 1990 s,the relevant concepts of equity incentives began to introduce to my country by European and American countries.With the continuous development of my country’s economy and the continuous introduction and improvement of the corresponding policies,it was due The purpose of competitiveness is increasingly widely used in Chinese enterprises.However,due to the development stage and internal and external environmental differences between different industries and different enterprises,the effects of the implementation of equity incentives and the implementation of equity incentives may be different.This article focuses on the survey and design industry.The industry has a typical characteristics of light assets and high value-added value,and belongs to intellectual and talent-intensive industries.Selecting the survey and design industry representative enterprise survey shares as an analysis object,and study the implementation of the implementation of the shares of the shares in 2018.At the beginning,reading domestic and foreign scholars’ literature and sorting out the current research of equity inspiration at home and abroad.Then,explain the relevant concepts and theories of equity incentives,and select the theoretical basis for this article.Immediately afterwards,the current status of the equity incentives of listed companies in the survey and design industry,then introduced the basic situation of the investigation of shares,understand the background of the stock implementation of the shares of the stock implementation,and analyze the implementation of its implementation.Finally,through the case research method,the implementation effect of the investigation and setting up the shares of equity incentives is studied: the first step is to use the incident research method to analyze the short-term implementation effect;Long-term effects and deep analysis of financial indicators,analyzing the implementation effect from the perspective of financial performance;the third step,evaluate the effects of retaining and attracting talents through the higher education and higher vocational titles.Through the above studies,I finally found that the equity incentive plan of the shares played a certain role in attracting and retaining talents,but there are still some shortcomings: one is that the rights indicators are too single;the other is that the incentive intensity is not enough;Exercise conditions need to be improved;fourth is that the inspiration period is short.In response to the above shortcomings,this article also puts forward corresponding optimization suggestions.It is hoped that the case company can provide some ideas for optimizing its own equity incentive plan and achieve the purpose of the expected implementation.It is also hoped that my country’s survey and design industry will provide a certain reference and reference when implementing the equity incentive plan. |
