Under the background of rural vitalization development strategy,the degree of perfection of the allocation of rural educational facilities plays a fundamental and overall role in the development of rural vitalization strategy.With the convening of the 20 th National Congress,the strategic thinking of new urbanization is further straightened out,which requires strengthening the construction of rural basic infrastructure,constantly optimizing the allocation of regional education resources,and achieving the goal of improving the high-quality development of rural education resources and the balanced development of education level by narrowing the differences in education development between regions.Due to China’s vast territory,abundant resources and significant geographical difference,there are many rural types in China,among which the rural development difference between river valley and plain is great.Although the construction of rural education facilities system has been gradually improved and deepened under the guidance of the policy,the cultural difference between villages and the influence of regional characteristics have been ignored.In particular,due to the constraints of economic and social development as well as human geography factors,the development of various educational facilities also has certain restrictions in the case of limited road traffic conditions.Meanwhile,under the influence of the spatial distribution pattern of "large dispersion and small settlement",the "hollowing out" and "weakening" of the valley villages have become more obvious.Therefore,it puts forward higher standard requirements and challenges for the reasonable allocation and fair supply of the educational facility system in the valley rural areas.Therefore,when allocating the rural educational facility system,especially in the valley rural areas,it is not possible to use the same allocation standard for the construction of rural educational facilities.Based on this,this paper takes the villages of Zhouqu section along the Bailong River as the research scope and adopts the methods of literature review,field research,hierarchical analysis and GIS spatial analysis to analyze the allocation of rural educational facilities system in the study area,aiming at the contradiction between the universal standard system and the current allocation of rural educational facilities.An in-depth analysis of the dislocation of educational resources allocation and lack of supply in valley rural areas brings difficulties to rural social development.Based on geographical environment,economic conditions,humanistic society and other factors,the evaluation index system of the allocation of educational facilities in the study area was established.Through cluster analysis,the evaluation of the rationality of the allocation of rural educational facilities in the study area was divided into four categories,and the classification commonness and difference of rural educational facilities system were summarized.The comprehensive evaluation of the educational facilities in the study area was carried out from the aspects of the fragmentation of the spatial distribution of facilities,the heterogeneity of the allocation of educational resources,the non-equilibrium of the accessibility of facilities,and the further analysis of the needs of the allocation of rural educational facilities,the needs of the balanced development of rural education and the regional characteristics of the study area.Finally,according to the characteristics and current situation of educational facilities in this region,this study adheres to the principle of fairness first,scientific layout and overall development,and from the aspects of population distribution,facility planning,traffic layout and management mechanism,makes suggestions on differentiated allocation and optimization development strategies for the valley type rural educational facilities system in Zhouqu section along the Bailong River.For example,setting up teaching points,adding schools in the middle,increasing economic investment in education,etc.,so as to promote the allocation of educational facilities system to meet the diverse demands of the public for educational resources fairly and efficiently,but also to provide reference for the allocation of the same type of valley rural educational facilities system.
