Research On The Optimization Of The Spatial Layout Of Educational Facilities In Urban Renewal

From Shenzhen,Shenzhen special economic zone was set up for more than 30 years,reform and innovation as the core power,with the pioneering spirit,by a border town developed into tens of millions of people in the international metropolis,with "Shenzhen speed" created the miracle in the history of the development of world city,known as China's economic boom,social and economic rapid development,rapid growth of population size,education level has improved significantly.With the rapid development of social economy,the increasingly unsustainable land resource,restricted the sustainable urban development,the rapid explosion of population size not in coordination with the amount of land used for education facilities,the scale of land for education facilities of growth lag behind the growth of urban population,pray too for education facilities.How to break through the development of Shenzhen land? Since in 2004 Starting,Shenzhen resort to the urban renewal through urban renewal to the stock of land to space,resources,Shenzhen municipal government to accelerate the urban renewal work,strong comprehensive enforcement area to delegate.It can be said that the current urban renewal is one of the important ways to solve the shortage of education facilities in Shenzhen and improve the layout of education facilities.Because of the urban renewal is a huge and complex project,involving the interests of all parties push hard,so how to speed up the pace of urban renewal and optimize the education facilities of space in the process of urban renewal and solve the problem of the shortage of education resources is worth studying.This paper takes education facilities in Baoan district,Shenzhen city as an example.The research contents and achievements include:(1)To study the problem of education facility layout and its essential reasons.Using GIS data processing,spatial analysis,the function such as map display,combined with the general situation of Baoan district,found and put forward the present situation of Baoan district elementary school layout features and problems of using quantitative and qualitative analysis,from planning,its implementation,and other aspects of policy analysis status of primary school education facilities are the essential reasons of the lack of space layout,for urban renewal unit optimization layout of doing basic education facilities in space.(2)Establishing the principle of education facility space layout in urban renewal.From the perspective of a fair and balanced,the update of Baoan district city area and the global urban renewal areas as a whole,give priority to conform to the conditions of urban renewal,and Baoan district development direction and the implementation of major industrial projects and projects urgently needed education facilities,scientific prediction Baoan district development direction and the population size,for reasonable planning education scale and quantity of facilities to provide practical basis,make its sustainable development.(3)Constructing the theoretical model of education facility space optimization layout.Designated cities updated region and the city area,adopt different method for different area,urban renewal within the area of primary education facilities,implementation of an area as a whole layout method,through the study area overall planning,reasonable do,expanded or rebuilt,merge,primary school education facilities in the urban renewal area according to the existing conditions take the way of expansion,rebuilding,merger,eventually make the whole primary school education in the area of a facility layout to research space optimization.Future urban renewal plan as a whole area basis to the designated city update region division,the given area as a whole layout operation method,the plan as a whole not only refers to the overall education facilities layout,also means to carry out the education facilities,for the benefit of the target as a whole,the empirical research.(4)Making urban renewal of education facility space optimization countermeasures.We will narrow the gap in the quality of schooling,improve the school district management system,and guide the rational distribution of urban population to meet the demand of education.To establish a guarantee mechanism for the effective implementation of urban renewal.In the process of continuously perfect urban update management mechanism innovation mode of urban renewal,consummating the system of urban renewal policy,strengthen the updated city organization job security,regulating the urban renewal process,perfecting the urban renewal mechanism of public participation and urban renewal supervision and evaluation mechanism.
