The unreasonable matching of distribution transformer capacity and load on distribution lines makes some distribution transformers operate in light load,heavy load and overload operation mode for a long time,which increases the loss of distribution transformers and lines,resulting in the uneconomic operation of medium voltage distribution network.There is no perfect scientific method to solve this problem.Therefore,studying and solving the problem of load and distribution transformer matching is a measure to optimize the operation state of medium voltage distribution lines.In this thesis,based on the evaluation of the operation state of the distribution transformer in the medium voltage distribution line,the optimization model of the medium voltage distribution line and the solution algorithm of the optimization model are given.Firstly,the basic statistical index reflecting the historical load of distribution transformer is used to calculate the load rate,and the statistical results of a large number of examples are analyzed.Then,based on the basic statistical indicators,the operating state of the distribution transformer is defined,and the random forest classification algorithm is used to evaluate the operating state of the distribution transformer.Aiming at the problems existing in random forest evaluation,the K-means clustering algorithm is used to evaluate the operation state of distribution transformer.In the algorithm,combined with the contour coefficient,a more precise and accurate evaluation of the distribution transformer is realized.Finally,on the basis of the evaluation method of distribution transformer,the operation state coefficient value is assigned to the operation state evaluation category of distribution transformer,and the optimization coefficient matrix is constructed by using the operation state coefficient.The distribution transformer position optimization model with the goal of economic operation of distribution lines is established and solved.On the Matlab platform,the prototype program of medium voltage distribution network line optimization by adjusting the position of distribution transformer is compiled by C language.Taking the 10 KV distribution network line in a county of Shaanxi as an example,the feasibility of the algorithm is verified.By comparing the evaluation results of distribution transformers,node voltage and total loss before and after adjustment,it can be seen that the optimization method proposed in the thesis is effective and feasible,and the purpose of optimizing the economic operation of medium voltage distribution lines is achieved.
