In recent years,the disposable income of Chinese residents has increased significantly,and the car penetration rate of households has become higher and higher.In this market environment,many enterprises begin to actively promote personal automobile consumer credit products,in order to bring huge profits to the company.At the same time,personal automobile consumer credit products have made great contributions to the popularization of automobiles and the entry of automobiles into the home,which has been strongly supported by the government,which strengthens the determination of credit companies to vigorously expand personal automobile consumer credit business.However,credit products have the characteristics of high income and high risk.How to effectively promote personal automobile consumer credit products while avoiding risks is an important topic for many credit companies.Credit risk will seriously affect the management of enterprises’funds,and may even cause a fatal blow to enterprises.Therefore,while seeking to develop and seize market share,credit enterprises should also invest more resources in credit risk control to avoid financial crisis as much as possible,and do their best to deal with potential credit problems.Capital is the power to maintain the normal operation of enterprises.Once problems arise,it will certainly affect the stability and development of enterprises.Especially for capital-intensive consumer credit companies,it is more important to control credit risk,avoid financial problems and ensure the safety and stability of corporate funds.Taking PL Company as an example,this paper makes an in-depth study on its personal automobile consumption credit risk control system.Firstly,this paper introduces the background and significance of the topic,defines the relevant theory of personal automobile consumption credit risk control,combs the research ideas of this paper,and elaborates the research methods used in this study.Then,this paper briefly introduces PL company,including its basic information and operation status,and deeply analyses the current situation of PL company’s personal automobile consumption credit risk control.It identifies the risk factors of PL company’s personal automobile consumption credit from the types,causes and status quo of risk,and identifies the credit risk,operational risk,market risk,moral risk and so on.Policy risk points out the causes of risk.On this basis,this paper synthetically considers the credit,operation,market,morality and policy risk factors involved in PL company’s personal automobile consumption credit business,constructs the credit risk evaluation system of PL company,and realizes the preliminary evaluation of PL company’s credit risk control system.Then this paper uses the method of analytic hierarchy process to determine the weights of each evaluation index of the risk evaluation system of PL company’s personal automobile consumption credit business,uses the expert scoring method to determine the risk evaluation index of the evaluation index respectively,evaluates the current situation of the credit risk control of PL company,and considers that the credit risk of PL company is in the state of mid-alarm.Finally,in view of the identified credit risk factors of PL company,combined with the evaluation results,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to strengthen the credit risk control of PL company from many aspects,including improving the credit evaluation system,improving the credit risk control process,raising the risk control awareness,establishing the risk early warning mechanism after lending,improving the internal management system,and strengthening the company’s adaptability,etc.To promote the long-term stable development of PL company,improve and improve the personal automobile consumption credit risk control system of PL company.From the point of view of a private credit company,this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of the credit,operation,market,morality and policy risks involved in the personal automobile consumption credit business of PL company.Through quantitative evaluation by scientific methods,this paper puts forward targeted improvement measures,which has an important guiding role for similar credit companies to strengthen risk control and enrich our country.Relevant research has made positive contributions.
