Since the beginning of the 21 st century,with the sustained and healthy development of China's economy,automobiles have entered thousands of households as daily consumer goods.Personal automobile consumer financial services and innovation have increasingly become the new engine for the development of China's automobile industry.As the largest supplier of auto finance services,commercial banks must pursue the maximization of corporate profits and promote terminal sales,which naturally bears greater risks.This paper takes Ping An Bank's personal auto consumption finance business as the object,and studies the risk management of commercial auto personal auto consumption financial business through case analysis,in order to form a research result that can be used for the development of auto consumer finance business.First of all,combing the relevant theories of automobile consumer finance,including the definition of automobile consumer finance,consumer finance risk management theory and automobile consumption financial risk management theory,and the research status at home and abroad,provide a logical starting point and experience for this research.Secondly,combined with the risk management practice of Ping An Bank's personal automobile consumer finance business,it introduces the start and development process of Ping An Bank's personal automobile consumer finance business,and highlights how Ping An Bank identifies risks,analyzes risks and controls risks in the process of developing automobile consumer finance business.Then,it evaluates and forecasts the risk management of Ping An Bank's automobile consumer finance business,and introduces in detail the products,processes and achievements of Ping An Bank's personal automobile consumer finance business.Combined with SWOT analysis,it reveals the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and challenges of Ping An Bank's personal automobile consumer finance business risk management,discovers problems and proposes risk management strategies.In the last part of the thesis,the research conclusions are summarized and further developed.This paper believes that China's auto consumer finance market has begun to enter a slowdown in growth,entrants continue to increase,competition is becoming increasingly hot,and risk pressures are increasing.The era of “scale-for-efficiency” will never return,and risk management is becoming more and more important.Only by building an efficient risk management system can we continue to be competitive.Looking into the future,the competition of automobile consumer financial risk management will be the competition of science and technology forces and the competition of comprehensive resources on the basis of the original human resources competition,which will make risk management face a new topic.
