Manufacturing is the pillar industry of the national economy.The automobile industry is a typical representative of the development level of manufacturing industry.In today’s world,advanced automation and intelligent technology are developing rapidly in the field of automobile manufacturing.Flywheel housing is an important basic and supporting part of automobile engine.It is a difficult part because of its complex structure,uneven wall thickness,easy deformation and high machining accuracy.Using automatic and intelligent processing technology to replace the traditional single machine manufacturing process has become the main trend of flywheel housing processing development.Combined with the actual case of the enterprise,this thesis makes an in-depth study on the product process,automation technology,production line planning and operation management of the flywheel housing automatic production line which meets the high-quality and mass production.The main contents are as follows:1.Research and Analysis on the processing scheme of flywheel housing.Through the analysis of the process characteristics of the flywheel housing,combined with the processing technical requirements of shell parts,the blank and manufacturing process of the flywheel housing,the machining process specification of the flywheel housing and the machining process of the flywheel housing are designed and analyzed,and the manufacturing process of the flywheel housing is designed as a whole.The successful design of this scheme has laid a solid foundation for the automatic production of engine flywheel housing.2.Application Research of NC high speed machining technology.NC High-speed machining technology integrates multi-disciplinary engineering technology.Satisfactory results can only be achieved through the coordination and combination of high-speed processing equipment,well-designed CNC system,reasonable tool system and optimized process.In this thesis,the CNC system of the machining center is deeply studied and planned,the automatic tool change system and the tool damage detection device are designed as a whole,and this technology is used to select the machining center,tool,cutting parameters,lubrication and cooling mode of the flywheel housing under high-speed cutting.3.Planning and design of flywheel housing automatic production line.Using the automatic production technology,the functional module and control program of the flywheel housing automatic production line are planned and designed,and the network management system of the automatic production line is studied.Based on the detailed calculation of the production beat,the demand quantity of processing equipment,loading and unloading and logistics auxiliary equipment in the automatic production line are determined,and the planning and design of the flywheel housing automatic production line are completed.4.Research on operation management of flywheel housing automatic production line.By establishing a production information management system with production management as the nerve center of the automatic production line,we can realize the unified allocation and action of all resources related to the production line;From the perspective of ensuring the normal operation of the production line,this thesis studies the logistics management of blanks,tools,cutting tools,fixtures and product inventory,equipment maintenance and spare parts management.On this basis,the economic benefit of the automatic production line is analyzed,and the correctness of the planning is proved.In this paper,the manufacturing technology of automobile engine flywheel shell is fully analyzed,the automatic manufacturing technology is deeply studied,and the automatic production line of flywheel shell is planned and constructed,the production and Operation Management of the production line was further studied,enabling the practical application of advanced automation.Compared with the manual production line,the production capacity of the flywheel shell product was increased by 50%,the cost was reduced by 40%,and the reject rate was reduced by 80%,80%reduction in labor,the product quality,delivery and cost to meet customer requirements,and achieved good economic benefits,proving that the production line planning and construction of the correctness,and for the company’s future development provides a strong support.
