Transportation is an important part of the daily life of residents,and travelers have different needs at different levels of economic development.In this era,the pursuit of fast and comfortableness path travel has become a general choice for urban residents and most of the existing research is aimed at the speed of the path,and the comfortableness of the travel path is not considered.Urban transportation network design is the core step of urban transportation planning,but also an important means to solve urban traffic problem,in the process of transportation network design,it is particularly necessary to consider the difference in traveler path selection behavior.Taking the perspective of path comfortableness as the starting point,this paper studies the design of transportation networks considering path comfortableness,and mainly carries out the following works:Firstly,this paper proposes the definition of path comfortableness,points out the influencing factors of path comfortableness,and quantifies the comfortableness cost of the path through two indicators of road congestion and path complexity,and constructs a model for the quantification of comfortableness cost.Secondly,a network equilibrium model under the comfortableness path selection mechanism is established,and this model is used as a lower-level planning in the network design to portray the path selection behavior of users in the road network,and the upper-level planning takes the sum of the total impedance and construction cost of the system as the optimization goal.In this paper,the two-layer programming model is solved by using a sensitivity analysis method,and the traffic allocation model considering path comfortableness in the lower layer calculates the equilibrium flow by iterative weighting method,and then verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm by a small study.Finally,this paper divides travelers into two categories:speed preference and comfortableness preference,establishes a network equilibrium model with mixed preference,and applies it to the network design problem,and establishes a two-tier planning model with hybrid network equilibrium as the underlying traffic distribution model,and verifies the effectiveness of the model and algorithm on a small study network.Researching the considering of traffic network design problem of path comfortableness can not only more appropriately portray the path selection behavior of travelers in the network,but also provide new ideas for the planning and designing of urban road networks,expand relevant theories and methods,and thus provide a theoretical basis for effectively alleviating traffic congestion problem.
