Research On Unbalanced Quotation Identification Method Based On Unascertained Measure

Under the bill of quantities pricing model,bidders use the unbalanced quotation strategy one after another.If a bidder who adopts this strategy wins the bid,the construction unit may"win the bid at a low price and settle at a high price",which will increase the construction cost and cause additional costs to the construction unit loss.However,most of the existing researches on the construction unit’s response to unbalanced quotations summarize the historical experience and put forward preventive strategies to solve the problem qualitatively and roughly.There are few researches on the quantitative identification method of unbalanced quotations in the bid evaluation work.Therefore,from the perspective of the construction unit,this paper studies the quantitative identification method of unbalanced quotations.The main research work of this paper is as follows:The paper analyzed and summarized the use strategies and countermeasures of unbalanced quotations at home and abroad and the research status of the unascertained measurement theory in China,and expounded the related theories of bill of quantities valuation,unbalanced quotations,commonly used in bid evaluation.,Imbalanced Quote Identification Methods and Uncertain Measure Theory.The framework of unbalanced quotation recognition model was designed,and the weight model of unbalanced quotation recognition based on the combination of CRITIC method and entropy method were established.On the basis of determining the weight of the combination,combined with the unascertained measure theory,an unascertained measure model for the identification of unbalanced quotations was established.Comprehensive evaluation.The paper verified the feasibility and applicability of the model based on the example of the bidding project.The paper applies the objective combination weighting method,which avoids the influence of subjective factors and the equalization problem of simply using a single weighting.The identification method of unbalanced quotations based on unassured measures provides new ideas for construction units to evaluate the unbalanced degree of quotations,and has certain theoretical and practical significance.
