Research On Planning Of Featured Tourist Town Based On The Integration Of SANSHENG

In recent years,the planning and construction of characteristic towns in China are in full swing,among which there are also various problems.Faced with the development problem of "characteristic towns" without "characteristics",how to find out the spatial layout and industrial development that accord with each small town’s own characteristics is an important subject.Realize intensive and efficient production,moderate livability in life,beautiful scenery in ecological space,carrying out the concept of "integration of SANSHENG" into the systematic research on the industrial development and spatial layout of the whole characteristic town and developing.Based on "integration of SANSHENG" concept,this paper through the literature research,case analysis method and empirical research method,the "integration of SANSHENG","characteristic town" and "tourist town" to conduct a comprehensive analysis,dig its relevant factors,and the correlation between and among research,put forward "the characteristic tourist town" planning strategy,and selection of classic case characteristic town of success at home and abroad were analyzed,and summarizes the planning ideas and thoughts.Taking the Baishan town characterized by wheat fields in Suixi County as an empirical case,investigation SuiXi County and surrounding towns characteristic town planning and construction,analysis SuiXi County "production","life"and "ecological" the present situation of the three main factors,in combination with the practical development of SuiXi County characteristics,selecting wheat,its main grain crop,as the breakthrough point to build a leisure agricultural tourism destination with rural cultural tourism IP with local characteristics,as well as a characteristic wheat town with a benign agricultural industry chain.The results of the investigation are as follows:(1)In the planning of characteristic towns,the paper studies the construction of cultural tourism industry chain of characteristic tourism towns according to local conditions,and solves the homogenization problem by creating strong IP.(2)Through the local characteristic industry to drive the local economic development,the three major industries cooperate with each other,and finally realize the new industrial mode and the new pattern of urban system,and permanently build a diversified and integrated industrial and environmental ecological structure.(3)Through the studying of empirical case,concluded that planing for an agricultural town with single industrial structure,inconvenient residents’ living,relatively good ecological environment,ensuring under the premise of optimizing the local ecological environment conditions,on the basis of the first industry,upgrading the expansion of the second industry,driving overall the area development of the third industry,prompting the local residents’ life more convenient,realizing the good fusion of planning area ultimately is the powerful way to guarantee the planning area can keep vigorous.
