Mountain tunnel construction safety accidents occur from time to time,which brings great threats and challenges to people’s life and property safety.How to further improve the level of construction safety management is still an urgent problem to be solved.At present,the research on construction safety management of mountain tunnels mostly focuses on the risk identification and evaluation of a single accident type,less on the comprehensive extraction of accident characteristics from the perspective of accidents,and a lack of summary of accident experience and lessons.Therefore,this paper carries out follow-up research for the purpose of extracting and applying the characteristics of mountain tunnel construction safety accidents,in order to provide a new reference and basis for mountain tunnel construction safety management.The research contents of this thesis mainly include:(1)Defining the scope of research and clarifying research theories and methods.On the basis of analyzing the research background,research status,and clarifying the research ideas,this paper further defines the relevant concepts of mountain tunnel engineering and mountain tunnel construction safety accident characteristics expound on the occurrence mechanism of underground engineering safety accidents,meanwhile introduces and analyzes the text mining theory and genesis framework.(2)Determining the three-dimensional characteristic elements of "object-driver result" of mountain tunnel construction safety accidents.Based on the extensive collection of mountain tunnel construction safety accident cases,the TF-IDF algorithm is used to extract the terms of safety accident characteristic elements,and the K-means clustering method is used to determine the composition of safety accident characteristic elements.In combination with industry norms and accident cause theory,6 types of object elements such as portal operation area and excavation operation area,5 types of agent elements such as management factors and personnel factors,and 10 types of result elements such as collapse,water and mud inrush are obtained.(3)Building a mountain tunnel construction safety accident early warning model.The strong association rules among the characteristic elements of mountain tunnel construction safety accidents are extracted by using the association rule algorithm,and the key points of safety management and control of different construction faces are defined.Based on the accident rule chain,the safety accident early warning model is constructed by using gensim framework,fluctuation principle,and simple majority principle.(4)Verifying the effectiveness and practicability of the mountain tunnel construction safety accident early warning model.Taking the two types of tunnels with and without accidents as examples,the early warning results are compared with the actual situation to verify the feasibility of the model.Under the guidance of the early warning results,the early warning response countermeasures are put forward to provide countermeasures and suggestions for ensuring safe construction and reducing the probability of accidents.Taking the mountain tunnel construction safety accident as the research object,this paper extracts and excavates the safety accident characteristics from the three-dimensional perspective of "object-driver-result",then constructs the safety accident early warning model,which not only widens the perspective of mountain tunnel construction safety accident analysis,but also provides new methods and ideas for grasping the key points of safety control and improving the efficiency of safety management in practice. |
