| The emergence of tunnel engineering has greatly alleviated various problems existing in traditional traffic engineering,promoted the development of social economy and the connection between various regions.Shield tunneling is widely used in tunnel construction because of its high degree of automation,easy operation and low risk.In the process of construction,due to various factors such as geological conditions,construction environment,construction equipment,construction technology and other conditions,construction risks and disasters often occur.Therefore,it is indispensable to conduct in-depth discussion and application on the risk management and control of shield tunneling.How to reasonably and effectively avoid the potential risks in the construction of cross sea tunnels according to the actual project situation,and carry out corresponding risk identification analysis,evaluation and control are the top priority.This paper takes the construction of Hengqin Mangzhou tunnel project as an example.First,through analyzing the construction scale and main technical standards of the project,combined with the surrounding terrain,natural conditions,hydrogeology and other construction environmental conditions of the project location,as well as the shipping coastline,the line position scheme and implementation scheme of the project are compared and selected;Then,the WBS decomposition method is used to decompose the work of the working shaft,shield interval,open excavation section and other construction stages from the perspectives of shield machine selection,shield tunneling,foundation pit excavation,Shield Crossing bad strata,etc.,to accurately position and analyze the risk control points of the project,and to propose corresponding safety risk control measures for underwater tunnel shield construction according to the construction methods and characteristics of the super large diameter cross sea tunnel shield method of the project,For the selection and adaptability analysis of shield machines,the safety risk control method in equipment selection is proposed,which maximizes the control and avoidance of safety risks in the construction stage of the project,achieves the project risk control goal,and also provides some experience reference for risk control in the construction of subsea tunnels. |
