As a key factor affecting tunnel construction,the positioning safety of tunnel operators becomes a key concern in tunnel operations.The acquisition of personnel location information and environmental information is an important part of ensuring the life safety of construction workers in the process of tunnel construction.The rise of the Internet of Things boom makes short-distance wireless communication technology flourish,and tunnel positioning makes continuous breakthroughs due to the progress of indoor positioning technology.ZigBee,as a wireless communication technology used in short distance and low speed,is widely studied in the field of Internet of Things applications due to its own advantages.A software and hardware system for tunnel personnel positioning and monitoring based on ZigBee technology is built,which uses the improved artificial fish swarm algorithm combined with the BP neural network to realize the idea of ranging so as to improve its accuracy.The main research work of this paper is as follows:First of all,the necessity of the tunnel positioning monitoring system is expounded,the ZigBee technology is studied in depth and its related theories are introduced and analyzed,and the error source of the RSSI positioning algorithm is analyzed.Secondly,by adaptively adjusting the step size and field of view of the artificial fish swarm algorithm,and applying it to the BP neural network to complete the position prediction of the tunnel personnel,it is described layer by layer,mainly including the basic ideas and advantages of composite filtering,the basic concept and reason of BP neural network and the relevant theory of improved artificial fish swarm algorithm combined with BP neural network,and simulation and result analysis are carried out for the content described in each layer.Thirdly,ZigBee’s tunnel positioning software and hardware system is built and introduced in detail.In the introduction of the hardware system,the selection,working performance,circuit principle and function of each hardware module constituting the system are explained in detail.In the introduction of the software system,each data processing is described in detail.The program design,and the compound filtering method used in the data preprocessing and the program design of the optimized BP neural network ranging model are described in detail.Finally,the data information collected by the software and hardware system is simulated and verified through the preprocessing algorithm,which shows the superiority of the processing effect of the algorithm.Simulation and error analysis of the algorithm are carried out.Through the comparative analysis of the error,it is concluded that the algorithm can effectively improve the positioning accuracy,and the system function test and verification of the software and hardware system combined with the algorithm are carried out.It is verified that the designed ZigBee-based tunnel positioning and monitoring system has the characteristics of higher positioning accuracy,and can realize real-time and accurate monitoring of the location information and environmental information of tunnel workers,so as to achieve the effect of better guaranteeing the life safety of tunnel operators.
