As a form of enterprise organization in market economy,a company’s ultimate goal is to create social value and economic value.Social value is the condition of creating economic value,while the accumulation of economic value is the foundation of creating social value,and both of them complement each other and are indispensable.Recently,the global COVID-19 continues to rage,the world situation continued unrest,and the global economy is still sluggish,in this Time-background,especially the weakness of the private enterprise’fund,understaffed,and lack of scientific research all makes the private enterprise continue to be hard hit.Over time,it will cause serious impact on manufacturing especially high-tech manufacturing.The regional and global economies will be getting worse.In the process of creating social value and economic value,the company’s development strategy plays a decisive role of“pointing the direction and setting the keynote”,so it is of great significance to study the development strategy of high-tech manufacturing enterprises.HCQT,as a high technology of intelligent manufacturing enterprise,also faces the difficulty above.Studying its development strategy has a strong demonstration significance,and it also play a reference role for other manufacturing enterprises.At the same time,in promoting the intelligent manufacturing industry of China in the international competition ability’ ascension,It also plays a great significance to provide the intellectual support.This paper first discusses the background of the development of the Marine industry and the Marine unmanned equipment industry.Through the research status of domestic and abroad,it founds that in recent years,with the continuous integration of the global economy,the development of the Marine development field has made rapid progress.However,as the lack of research on the company’s development strategy,it can not meet the needs of the company’s development in the new era.This paper describes the general situation and development status of HCQT,pointing out the existing problems and the impact of the development strategy of HCQT,leads to the necessity of improving the company’s development strategy.Then the paper discusses the external environment(political environment,economic environment,social and cultural environment,industry environment,etc.)and internal environment(research and development capacity,market capacity,human resources and etc.)faced by HCQT.Based on porter’s five Forces model,HCQT is systematically analyzed from five aspects:main competitors,new entrants,suppliers,consumers and substitutes.Furthermore,by integrating the external opportunities and threats faced by HCQT,as well as its own advantages and disadvantages,the SWOT analysis points out the direction of development strategy improvement for HCQT.Finally,the new development strategy of the company is formulated,and the concrete path and safeguard measures are given for the implementation of the improved development strategy.Through systematic analysis and research,this paper makes the development strategy of HCQT are more in line with its own development direction,at the same time,it has positive reference significance in promoting the sustainable development of Marine unmanned equipment industry.
