This topic is the research on manufacturing cell and network collaborative service system.Firstly,the classification and characteristics of the existing manufacturing process methods are analyzed and studied,and then according to the traditional design methods,a mechanical manufacturing idea of knowledge expression serving the extension of mechanical manufacturing is proposed.According to this idea,the mechanical manufacturing behavior manufacturing cell is defined,and the digital model of manufacturing cell is established.Then,through language expression,taking the manufacturing cell as the communication unit,a collaborative service system that can interact design end with the manufacturing end is developed.In order to realize these research and development related work,this paper mainly studies the following aspects:Firstly,the classification and characteristics of relevant process methods in mechanical manufacturing behavior are analyzed as the basis for building manufacturing cell.Then we study the knowledge expression of manufacturing process,analyze the characteristics of traditional design methods,and put forward a new mechanical manufacturing theory,that is,the idea of knowledge expression serving the advancement of Mechanical manufacturing.Then we define the manufacturing cell;Through the theoretical basis of digital information,the framework of manufacturing cell is analyzed,and the digital model of manufacturing cell is designed according to the new manufacturing principle.Finally,the digital model of manufacturing cell is established by analyzing the attribute characteristics of manufacturing cell.After the establishment of the manufacturing cell,the implementation method of the manufacturing cell is completed.It is found that its implementation needs to analyze and establish the mapping relationship between the basic contents through the structural commonness among the members in the manufacturing cell;Then through the research on its implementation method,it is known that the manufacturing cell can be implemented individually or in combination,and the corresponding NC machining code can be obtained by matching it with the source knowledge base at IMPS end.Based on the expression of manufacturing cell language,the collaborative service system is developed,after learning the collaborative method of the collaborative service system,the collaborative principle and collaborative process of the collaborative service system are determined.The overall scheme of the collaborative service system is designed according to the collaborative method,and the overall framework of the collaborative service system is obtained according to the scheme in this development environment,the development of resource layer,knowledge and capability expression layer,implementation layer,task analysis layer and collaboration layer of collaborative service system are completed in turn.Through the follow-up and understanding of the whole design and manufacturing cycle of a typical part,the relevant functions and parts of the developed collaborative service system are verified.Firstly,it makes an appropriate overview of the function verification of the collaborative service system,and then successively verifies the knowledge and capability expression layer,implementation layer,NC code generation function and the collaborative function interspersed among various functions.This example not only proves the feasibility of collaborative service system,but also verifies the superiority of the new manufacturing theory proposed in this paper.
