The broadband multi-beam sonar receiving system is an important part of broadband multi-beam bathymetric sonar".This paper designs and implements two broadband multi-beam sounding sonar receiving systems.Finally,it was carried on two unmanned ships to realize the detection of submarine topography by the formation of double unmanned ships.According to the technical indicators of multi-channel broadband receiver,this paper completed the circuit design of 216 channel receiver.In the circuit design,the technical indicators are first clarified,and the detailed design of circuit noise filter parameters,mixing scheme,amplitude and phase modulation circuit is completed.The circuit simulation tools such as Multisim and ADI filter design software are used to verify the feasibility of the circuit.Finally,Altium Designer is used to draw the 54 channel receiver circuit board,and four 54 channel receivers constitute 216 channel receivers.The circuit debugging and the adjustment of multichannel amplitude and phase consistency are completed.The signal acquisition and processing platform in this paper consists of six C5 FPGAs,one SoC,one CPLD and two DSP6657 s.Firstly,the reasons for chip selection and the use of six FPGAs are given.Then,the logic of data acquisition,orthogonal transformation,matching filter,beamforming,receiver control,data transmission and other modules are designed in detail.And completed the PCB design of signal acquisition and processing board.Finally,the modular test of each circuit of the receiver is carried out,the Modelsim simulation and matlab simulation of each module of 6 FPGAs are compared,and the transmission and part of the modules are verified by Signaltap.After the receiver hardware and FPGA program are correct,the laboratory joint debugging and pool joint debugging are carried out,and a large number of field tests are carried out at Songhua Lake in Jilin and Qingdao.The test results show that the sonar receiving system meets the design index.
