Research On Utilization Of Photo-thermal Power Generation To Promote High Proportion Of New Energy Consumption And Dispatch

Abstract/Summary:
Photothermal power generation can adjust peak load,frequency and voltage,which has the same flexibility and controllability as the traditional thermal power generating set,and can replace the traditional thermal power generating set to some extent.It can not only increase the penetration rate of the new energy in the power system,but also increase the security of the grid-connected operation of all kinds of new energy generation enterprises,which are mainly based on the scenery,by dispatching the electric generator in a scientific and reasonable way.In addition,photothermal power generation not only has the ability of stable and schedulable,but also can start and stop quickly.Therefore,it is very important to study the solar thermal power plant with heat storage for optimal operation of power system with new energy.At present,the northwest of China is rich in scenic resources,many universities and enterprises have carried out multi-source grid-connected researchincluding wind,photovoltaic,photovoltaic and thermal power units.Therefore,it is an important way to promote the high proportion of new energy resources to be connected to the grid and to be absorbed by new energy resources.This research project has great value of Scientific Research and guiding significance of engineering technology.The research contents of this paper mainly include:(1)This paper analyzes the operational characteristics of wind power,and further studies the photothermal-electrical conversion process and the basic working mechanism involved in the photothermal power generation.According to the characteristics of each sub-system of the photothermal power station,the characteristics of time-shift of output and the adjustability of output are deeply studied.(2)The mathematical model of wind power and PV output based on forecasting and scene analysis is established,and the scene modeling method is used to describe the uncertainty of scenery.According to the previous wind power and DNI forecast as the benchmark scenario,the scenario analysis method is used to get s probability fields,and Kantorovich is used to reduce the number of scenarios,so as to generate the day-ahead scenery forecast data and the typical day scenery forecast data,provide data support for the follow-up.(3)For the problems of wind power,photovoltaic absorption and economic dispatch of power system with new energy sources,taking into account the comprehensive operation cost,the operation constraints of power network are fully considered,a two-stage scheduling model consisting of wind energy,thermal power generation is provided.The model takes full account of the total cost of power generation,and analyses the charge and cost with or without photothermal participation.The example shows that photothermal power plants can make reasonable adjustments to the output of the heat storage system,therefore,the utility model has good power system adjustability and can effectively reduce the comprehensive operation cost of the multi-source power generation system by reasonably adjusting the output force of the light-heat generating units,good economic benefit of network system can be realized.(4)Taking cost optimization as the main objective,taking into account both the traditional power system constraints and the charge regulation and thermal regulation of photothermal power generation,multi-source union and optimal scheduling under four typical sunsets are analyzed.This dispatching mode takes into account the power generation cost of thermal power unit,the environmental benefit and operation cost of the grid-connected photothermal power generation,the cost of system rotation and standby,and the factors restricting the safe operation of the power grid.The example shows that photothermal power generation has strong adjustability.If the total output of photothermal power generation is not adjusted properly,the safety and economic benefit of power grid operation will be greatly affected,however,the reasonable use of the adjustable characteristics of photothermal power generation can reasonably reduce the power consumption of thermal power generating units,thus increasing the economic benefits of photothermal power generation operation.
