Expressway is the main artery of land transportation.Because of its strong comprehensiveness and complex project content,expressway construction projects usually have outstanding characteristics such as large scale and long construction period.The organization and management mode of expressway construction is very important.Using EPC general contracting mode management in expressway construction projects can effectively improve project management integration and management efficiency,reduce resource waste,and reduce owner risks.Based on the above advantages,EPC general contracting mode has gradually become the preferred choice for expressway construction projects Way of contracting.Survey and design is the "bull nose" of highway engineering project construction,which plays a leading role in the entire life cycle of highway construction,and directly affects engineering quality,engineering progress,cost control,and economic benefits.Quality is the lifeline of whether the project is successful or not.Design is the leader of this EPC project.The overall quality of the EPC project largely depends on the design quality.At present,there are few studies on the design quality management,control and evaluation of expressway EPC projects.This paper uses the theories and methods of engineering project quality management to closely integrate with engineering practice,enhance the coordination and cooperation of all parties involved in the project quality management,and enrich the expressway.Theories related to design quality management management of highway EPC project.This paper starts from the actual situation of the EPC project of the N expressway,combines the characteristics of the EPC construction model,fully considers the internal needs of the EPC construction parties,combines theory with practice,and follows the ideas of raising,analyzing and solving problems.A system of design quality management control was studied.Combined with the characteristics of the N expressway EPC project,summarize the problems in the design quality of the pilot section of the project in the preliminary work and implementation stages;And the expert scoring method and ISM(Interpretative Structural Modeling)are used to explain the structural model to analyze the internal causal relationship of the factors affecting the design quality,and then propose a method for improving the design quality of the Nhigh-speed EPC project,which is a comprehensive design for the N-high-speed project after the design and construction work.Quality management provides reference and reference,and also provides reference for other similar expressway EPC construction projects in China.
