| On the basis of universal force,universal rotation,shock absorption and anti-vibration ball steel bearings,a new type of isolation bearings is proposed,which can realize the function of resetting while realizing the energy dissipation and resetting by each component respectively,so as to realize the function separation.The core energy dissipation module of the support is composed of plate spring element,energy dissipation element and connecting piece.The design of energy dissipation module is simple and the working mechanism is clear.The plate spring element provides most of the stiffness to realize the self-reset function,and the energy dissipation element realizes the energy dissipation function in the work.In this paper,the vibration reduction mechanism and effect of the energy dissipation module are analyzed by combining experiment and numerical simulation,and the parameters of the module are analyzed and designed.The contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The material performance test of the energy dissipation component in the energy dissipation component is designed to obtain the elastic modulus,yield strength and other mechanical parameters of the energy dissipation steel as well as the material constitutive parameters calibrated according to the mixed strengthening model,and the accuracy of the calibration parameters was verified by finite element simulation.(2)The stiffness performance test of the plate spring element in the energy dissipation module is designed to verify the reset performance under unidirectional load;By comparing with the experimental results,the stiffness calculation formula and the related parameters of finite element modeling are obtained.(3)The pseudo-static load test of the energy dissipation module is designed,and the energy dissipation capacity,load-carrying capacity,stiffness performance and reset capacity of the energy dissipation module are analyzed.Under the action of unidirectional low cyclic reciprocating load,the working mechanism of various components is clear.The plate spring element has high yield strength which always maintains elastic state during the working process,and the plate spring element has stable working performance.The energy dissipating element enters plastic state at the initial loading stage,providing energy dissipation effect.(4)According to the constitutive parameters of the energy dissipation material and the modeling parameters of the plate spring element,the numerical simulation study of the pseudo-static test of the energy dissipation component is carried out.The simulation results are in good agreement with the test results,and the stress and strain of each element in the working process accords with the theoretical expectation.(5)The parameters of the energy dissipation module are analyzed by orthogonal test method,and the main factors affecting the performance of module are obtained.According to the stiffness calculation formula of plate spring element and the restoring force model curve of energy dissipation module,the equivalent stiffness and equivalent damping ratio calculation formula of support are derived.The design process of the application of the self-reset energy dissipation bearing with separated function in the structural system is summarized.(6)According to the design process,SAP2000 finite element analysis software is used for engineering case analysis,and the reset effect of bearing in actual engineering structures is studied.The energy dissipation effect of the self-reset energy dissipation bearing with separated function and the elastic bearing are compared and analyzed. |
