In recent years, major disasters have occurred frequently around the world, and more and more research on emergency logistics have entered the public’s field of vision. When disasters occur, the disaster territories are significantly affected by the disaster, and complex disaster conditions brings difficulties in the rapid and accurate delivery of emergency supplies at the end of the "last mile" of the disaster territories.,Poor demand response, high rescue risk and other problems, endanger the life and property safety of the people in the disaster area. This paper proposes to adopt a truck-UAV joint delivery model, which uses the characteristics of safety, efficiency, and flexible routes of drones, and combines the advantages of long truck distance and large volume to overcome the "last mile" emergency delivery road.Compared with the previous delivery method of single transportation and rescuers carrying shoulders and shoulders,it can not only ensure that all material demand points can be met,but also overcome the risks in the rescue process, which greatly improves the emergency delivery,so the research in this article has important research value for emergency logistics terminal delivery.Based on a review of relevant domestic and foreign literature, this article defines the scope of emergency logistics "last mile" distribution and analyzes disaster conditions based on relevant theories such as emergency logistics, distribution route planning, and combined transportation, and focuses on the "last mile" emergency Material distribution proposes two delivery modes: independent truck drone delivery and truck-mounted drone collaborative delivery.Based on graph theory and classic TSP problems, road traffic restrictions and distance restrictions on vehicles are considered,a hybrid of the two models is established. The integer programming model plans the overall distribution path of trucks and drones with the goal of minimizing the delivery time. The simulated annealing algorithm is used to solve the problem, and the feasibility of the model is verified by the results of case analysis.Taking into account the further improvement of UAV technology in the future, the sensitivity analysis of the maximum flight distance of UAVs is carried out. This paper includes 18 figures,14 tables and 66 references. |
