With the rapid development of social economy,people’s living standards gradually improve,more and more people choose to road trip,the demand for cars is also increasing.At the same time,the demand of auto parts is gradually increasing,and the transportation volume is also increasing,which brings challenges and opportunities to professional logistics companies carrying auto parts.In recent years,the business of these companies has developed rapidly,but most of them have problems such as low vehicle loading rate,irrational transportation network structure and vehicle scheduling,especially in the development of logistics transportation network.On the main line transportation,the vehicle loading rate is very low,resulting in an extreme waste of resources.To solve these problems,companies are constantly optimizing and improving their own transportation network;and for how to reasonably arrange the transportation time,choose the appropriate mode of transportation,and develop a scientific transportation scheme for customers,in order to meet the transportation requirements of customers and reduce the total cost of transportation,more and more companies focus on it,which is also the key of this thesis.Company A is a European auto parts transportation company.At present,it has one warehouse and three hubs with full road transportation.However,due to the point-to-point road transportation mode,not only the vehicle loading rate is low,but also the cost is high.In order to solve the dilemma faced by company a,this thesis researches the location problem and vehicle routing problem based on location selection by gravity method.At the same time,considering the road rail transport,the existing problems in the transportation of auto parts of company a are condensed into the optimization problem of transportation path.On the basis of the cooperation between the railway department and company a,a mathematical model with the minimum daily transportation cost as the optimization objective is established,the daily transportation optimization path of auto parts is given.First of all,through the statistics of the specific coordinates of a company’s warehouse and transfer point,the corresponding coordinate distribution map is established,and the improved center of gravity method model is used to solve the optimal center of gravity position,and the secondary logistics center coordinates are obtained.Secondly,according to the demand of traffic volume between the secondary logistics centers and the fact that the schedule and order demand can be separated,the path optimization model with soft time window is constructed,and the genetic-tabu algorithm is designed to solve the problem,and the optimal transportation path from the trunk transportation and secondary logistics center to the surrounding city truck is obtained.Finally,the effect of transportation route optimization is analyzed through the historical data of a company;Using the common transportation business evaluation index of company a,the paper compares the transportation path of auto parts obtained by this idea with the transportation path before optimization,and the optimization effect is remarkable.
