In recent years,with the rapid rise of the Internet economy and the rapid development of catering O2 O,the emergence of takeaways has profoundly changed people’s traditional catering consumption patterns.Takeaway O2 O makes use of modern science and technology such as the Internet and big data,and uses takeaway platforms and rider delivery to deeply integrate online and offline food and services,which facilitates the dining experience of customers.In the takeaway industry under the O2 O model,different businesses have different locations and distances to demand points,and there is also a big gap in cost and profit.For food purchased online,customers will pay more attention to its quality,dining experience and delivery service.Therefore,it is very important to use scientific methods to reasonably select the location of takeaway stores and optimize the delivery route.The current research on takeaway O2 O mainly separates the location selection and route optimization of takeaway stores,and the results obtained cannot guarantee the overall optimality.Relying on the O2 O model of food delivery,this paper conducts an in-depth analysis of the location selection and route optimization of takeaway stores.Considering both the takeaway merchants and customers,the multi-objective food delivery merchant location-path optimization problem is proposed.,taking into account the cost of renting stores,equipment and ingredients purchase costs,order processing costs,and staff wages and delivery platform costs.Taking into account the freshness requirements of ingredients and on-time delivery requirements,the goal is to maximize the overall customer satisfaction.According to the established multi-objective takeaway store location-path optimization model,the advantages and disadvantages of various solving algorithms are analyzed,and then the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm is used to solve the model.On this basis,take Wallace merchants in Anning District,Lanzhou City as a case to analyze,use Baidu map and other software to obtain the actual coordinates of Wallace stores in Anning District and customer demand points,through physical store surveys,data collection,etc.The customer’s demand is obtained by the method,and it is brought into the multi-objective optimization model,and the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm and Matlab software are used to solve the problem,and compared with the single use of NSGA-Ⅱ,which proves the advantages of the improved NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.This paper studies the Wallace chain merchants in Anning District,Lanzhou City,selects the best delivery store locations from the physical stores and optimizes the delivery route,and gives the location selection with higher merchant cost and higher customer satisfaction-route plan;location-route plan with lower business cost and lower customer satisfaction,and location-route plan with the greatest comprehensive benefit of cost and customer satisfaction,for businesses with different needs to make reasonable choices.Through case analysis,it is proved that this research can guide practical problems,and the research results can also be used as a reference for practice.
