| At present,the management mode of construction projects in China is mostly bidding mode.Under this management mechanism,the construction enterprises have met certain challenges and opportunities.Project management behavior has one-time characteristics like projects.Engineering project is the object of project management,and the project management behavior is also to achieve the construction goal.During the construction,the implementation of project management will directly affect the cost of the project and the economic benefits of the enterprise.Therefore,cost control is the most important link in project management.This study uses the research method of combining practice and theory to sort out the relevant contents of cost management and control theory,and combines the knowledge of strategic management,economics and other disciplines to carry out research.Based on this,a detailed analysis is carried out.Taking the cost management process and measures of Tianjin metro line x Lot x project as the main line,It is found that there are the following problems in the project cost management of section X of Tianjin Metro:first,the project cost management system is not perfect;second,the project lacks effective cost analysis methods;third,the project cost management measures are relatively backward;fourth,the project lacks perfect dynamic cost supervision mechanism;Further analysis shows that the above problems are mainly caused by the following reasons:the internal control efficiency of project cost is not high,the responsibility of cost management is not clear,the cost management links are incomplete,and the internal control awareness of project cost management is not strong.This paper combines the author’s own practical experience,based on the relevant theories at home and abroad,and taking the cost management measures of Shenyang Metro Line 10 and Shanghai Metro Line 5 as reference,and as a reference for experience,puts forward the following suggestions:defining the cost control objectives and improving the internal control efficiency;Establish a project cost management team to clarify the cost management responsibilities;Optimize the construction organization scheme and improve the details of cost management;Optimize the performance assessment,improve the cost control awareness,etc.and take the cost management optimization measures for the first X section of Tianjin Metro.In order to ensure that the optimization measures can be effectively implemented,a scientific and concise internal information management system is proposed to improve the management efficiency;Carry out comprehensive budget management,establish a sound project cost risk control system and optimize the organizational structure,and improve the comprehensive quality of the executors,so as to further improve the cost management effect of the project of section X of Tianjin Metro.Based on the project of section X of Tianjin metro line x,this paper analyzes the scientificity and effectiveness of its cost management,but it also has some enlightenment for other construction enterprises and provides reference for the cost management of the construction industry. |
